★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha amiga teve uma péssima experiência onde machucaram a cadelinha dela e ainda tentaram esconder com laços e se eximiram da culpa alegando alergia de algum produto. O mínimo era assumir o erro e pedir desculpas :/
Unfortunately, my friend had a bad experience where her dog was hurt and they even tried to hide it with ties and excused themselves from guilt alleging allergy to some product. The least was to admit the mistake and apologize :/

O mais legal é o espaço PET q eles tem, anexo à loja, podendo levar seu cachorro para correr e brincar... local sempre limpo, com água e sacos para recolher as fezes do animal. Fica aberto até às 22h e se quiser nem precisa entrar/estacionar no shopping. Vale a conferida!!!
Excellent service and competitive prices. It has a bath and tosa. The coolest thing is the PET space they have, attached to the store, where you can take your dog to run and play... always a clean place, with water and bags to collect the animal's feces. It's open until 10pm and if you want, you don't even have to enter/park at the mall. Worth checking out!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito, mais muito chateada, levei meu Shitzu pra tomar banho, 13/02/2022 achando ser em um shopping, com vidro , pessoas passando, meu pet voltou com nó na barriga e patas, fizeram o óculos do meu bichinho ,pra quem não sabe , tosa dos olhos, cortam o cílios do cachorro, ta com o olhinho bem irritado.
Tô muito, mais muitíssimo, chateada.

Very, very upset, I took my Shitzu to take a shower, 02/13/2022 thinking it was in a mall, with glass, people passing by, my pet came back with a knot in its belly and paws, they made my pet's glasses, for those who don't you know, eye clipping, they cut the dog's eyelashes, his eyes are very irritated.
I'm very, very, very upset.
????, My pet came to me, in the worst phase of my life (depression)????

Levei meu Yorkshire para banho e tosa higiênica sábado 26/02/22, fui buscar, ele estava com 2 cortes significativos e fundos na barriguinha.
Um dos colaboradores, porém não foi a tosadora, veio me dizer que ele tinha sido machucado, porque não ficou quieto na hora da tosa, mas que era só passar pomada, tive que pedir a pomada a eles, que me entregaram uma.
A questão é meu cachorrinho está machucado, triste e traumatizado, só fica em baixo da cama tem medo das pessoas, mudou o comportamento, estou péssima por isso.
Ainda me ofereceram banho e tosa grátis....NÃO, NUNCA mais....irresponsáveis.
Se o cachorrinho não fica quieto, PARE não siga em frente e avise o dono, não espere o segundo corte ...PARE!!!
Isso não pode acontecer !!!!
Era facão???
Ou só responsabilidade mesmo ?

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for a bath and hygienic grooming Saturday 2/26/22, I went to pick it up, he had 2 significant cuts and deep tummy.
One of the collaborators, but not the clipper, came to tell me that he had been hurt, because he was not quiet during the clipping, but that it was only necessary to apply ointment, I had to ask them for the ointment, and they gave me one.
The thing is, my puppy is hurt, sad and traumatized, he just stays under the bed he's afraid of people, his behavior has changed, I'm terrible for that.
They even offered me free bath and grooming....NO, NEVER again....irresponsible.
If the puppy doesn't stay still, STOP don't go ahead and warn the owner, don't wait for the second cut...STOP!!!
This can not happen !!!!
Was it machete???
Or just responsibility?
I will NEVER recommend this location.
