Mais hoje pela manhã quando chego ao local com horário marcado os mesmo me informaram que não teriam agendado para ela o banho. Eu tive que pegar o telefone da atendente para mostrar as nossas conversas e ela simplesmente me falou que não daria para dar banho na minha cachorra porque ela era um chow chow. Estou indignada pela falta de profissionalismo e pela indiferença de como nos tratou.
I had already taken my dog to bathe in this pet shop. More this morning when I arrive at the place with an appointment, they informed me that they would not have scheduled the bath for her. I had to pick up the attendant's phone to show us our conversations and she just told me that I couldn't bathe my dog because she was a chow chow. I am outraged by the lack of professionalism and the indifference in how you treated us.
