Sai às 14:00 sem atendimento e vendo os veterinários chamarem só castração, Isso mesmo, tinha veterinário atendendo durante a minha espera!
Resumindo, caso você tenha algum compromisso no dia da consulta desmarque!
Falta de empatia com o tutor e o animal;
Falta de respeito, pois os funcionarios acham que estão fazendo um favor para o seu pet;
Falta de pontualidade, a pior coisa para se ter em uma empresá.
Terrible attendance. Appointment scheduled for 1:00 pm by phone, at reception I received a paper with another time 1:30 pm.
I left at 14:00 without attendance and seeing the vets call only castration, that's right, there was a vet attending during my wait!
In short, if you have any appointments on the day of the appointment, uncheck it!
Lack of empathy with the tutor and the animal;
Lack of respect, as employees think they are doing their pet a favor;
Lack of punctuality, the worst thing to have in a company.
