Cobram milhares de serviços desnecessários e bem mais caros que nos outros lugares, dão diagnósticos falsos pra fazer a gente gastar mais dinheiro e ainda fazem pressão psicológica pra gente gastar. Um desserviço. Façam consultas em outros lugares que é bem melhor.
The vet service is abusive. They charge thousands of unnecessary and much more expensive services than in other places, they give false diagnoses to make us spend more money and they still put psychological pressure on us to spend. A disservice. Make appointments in other places that is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje eu liguei para o Bill pedindo para pegar o meu cachorro para tomar banho, antes que dissesse qualquer coisa, com um tom rude já disse que fazia tempo que não dava banho no meu cachorro lá e que o valor não era mais 35,00 se quisesse agora era 45,00, de uma forma grosseira não teve nem conversa, estava bravo porque fazia tempo que não dava banho com eles, meu cachorro é um filhote de 5 meses, a veterinária pediu que esperasse dar as vacinas para voltar dar banho no PET mas nem teve conversa, por essas e outras tem pessoas que NUNCA vai crescer na vida, vai continuar no mesmo mundinho de sempre, não é dessa forma que cativa e ganha um cliente. Não é nem pelo valor, até poderia pagar a mais se fosse dito de uma forma mais educada e amigável.
Today I called Bill asking to take my dog to bathe, before he said anything, in a rude tone I already said that it was a long time since my dog was bathed there and that the value was no longer 35.00 if he wanted now it was 45.00, in a rude way he didn't even have a conversation, he was angry because he hadn't bathed with them in a while, my dog is a 5 month old puppy, the vet asked me to wait to give the vaccines to come back to bathe him PET but there was no conversation, for these and others there are people who will NEVER grow in life, will continue in the same little world as always, it is not that way that captivates and wins a customer. It is not even for the amount, I could even pay more if it was said in a more polite and friendly way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Tive 3 experiência horríveis. A 1° foi quando ela tomou uma vacina e machucaram ela. A segunda foi no pet shop, onde ela voltou com cortes na barriga e com todas as patas sangrando. Com td esse acontecido quem teve que pagar a consulta e o remédio foi a gente. 3° experiência minha cachorra chegou na clínica veterinária morrendo e simplesmente a única coisa que eu recebi foi um atendimento horrível, além do preço absurdamente caro, onde ela nem chegou a ficar internada , o preço foi de 1.500.E no final de tudo minha cachorra agora é uma estrelinha.
Bad experience! I had 3 horrible experiences. The 1st was when she got a vaccine and they hurt her. The second was at the pet shop, where she came back with cuts on her belly and with all of her paws bleeding. With all that happened, we had to pay for the consultation and the medicine. 3rd experience, my dog arrived at the veterinary clinic dying and simply the only thing I received was a horrible service, in addition to the absurdly expensive price, where she was not even hospitalized, the price was 1,500. And at the end of it all my dog now it's a star.
