★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, marquei uma tosa com quase uma semana de antecedência quando chegou o dia simplesmente não vieram buscar o animal, ligamos para saber o motivo e inventaram um monte de desculpas e ainda falaram que eu não havia marcado horário para tosa, não é a primeira vez que passamos por isso, perderam a cliente.
Terrible service, I made a grooming almost a week in advance when the day came simply did not come to get the animal, we called to know the reason and made a lot of excuses and even said that I had not scheduled time for grooming, is not the first time we went through this, they lost the client.

Melhor pet shop que tem no Manuel Feio porque já as outras te tratam como se estivesse fazendo favor de atender as pessoas.

Best pet shop that has at Manuel Ugly because already the others treat you as if you were doing a favor to meet people.
