A única coisa que se salva nesse lugar é a dr. Aline que é uma ótima veterinária.
Vendem remédios errados do que o vet receitou e a entrega é péssima. Fiz um pedido às 9h da manhã, depois de 2 horas não havia chegado, cancelei e pedi novamente mais tarde, e pasmem.. 1h45 de espera. Sem respeito algum pelos clientes.

The only thing that is saved in this place is dr. Aline who is a great veterinarian.
They sell wrong medicine than the vet ordered and the delivery is terrible. I placed an order at 9 am, after 2 hours it had not arrived, canceled and ordered again later, and amazingly... 1:45 am waiting. No respect for customers.

O pessoal do atendimento na loja sempre perguntando se estava precisando de alguma ajuda .

Good afternoon !! I was at the itaquera unit recently to bathe my pets and the girls really are different...always with a smile and very solicitous.
The service staff at the store always asking if you needed any help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A veterinária é excelente, e os funcionários até são bacanas. Só não recomendo comprar medicamento pro seu bichinho lá. Segunda vez que compro na pressa pq a vet pediu e está faltando um mês pro medicamento vencer.
Liguei e basicamente me disseram: paciência. Volto pela veterinária, mas só.
The vet is excellent, and the staff are even nice. I just don't recommend buying medicine for your pet there. Second time I buy in a hurry because the vet asked and it's a month left for the drug to expire.
I called and was basically told: patience. I come back for the vet, but that's it.

Funcionários educados e prestativos,loja limpa e impecável,grande variedade de produtos, clínica veterinária excelente.
Quanto ao comentário anterior (Mateus)gostaria de esclarecimentos. Os clientes tem acesso ao estoque da loja? Porque até onde sei,de um modo geral, clientes não tem acesso ao estoque.
Sonegam impostos? Você é o contador da empresa para ter esse tipo de informação,e outra coisa,como você faz esse tipo de acusações,tem provas? Documentadas?
Falar até o papagaio fala. Isso para mim tem cara de funcionário que foi mandado embora e está fazendo essas acusações para denegrir a imagem da empresa.
Quanto a falar sobre uma pessoa específica (gerente)se eu fosse ele iria atrás de você e te processaria.
Vai trabalhar e caçar o que ocupar essa mente vazia e perversa.
Every time I've been to this unit, I've been treated very well.
Polite and helpful staff, clean and impeccable store, wide variety of products, excellent veterinary clinic.
As for the previous comment (Matthew) I would like clarification. Do customers have access to store inventory? Because as far as I know, generally speaking, customers don't have access to stock.
Do they evade taxes? You are the company's accountant to have this kind of information, and another thing, how do you make these kind of accusations, do you have proof? Documented?
Talk until the parrot talks. This looks like an employee who was fired and is making these accusations to denigrate the company's image.
As for talking about a specific person (manager) if I were he would come after you and sue you.
Go to work and hunt for what to occupy that empty and perverse mind.
