★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quais providencias vcs tomam nesse caso...eu levei meu cachorro para banho e tosa no dia 29/12 expliquei como eu queria que fosse feito e alem de não terem feito o que eu pedi, meu cachorro voltou para casa repleto de pulgas. so percebi quando o vi se cocando na regiao do pescoço. Nao tem convivio com outros animais, vive só dentro de casa e deixei bem claro que era a primeira vez que ele iria tomar banho no pet shop...Sinceramente, fui no pet shop venina de teimosa...pois fui avisada de que não era um lugar muito adequado, alem de cobrarem muito caro pelo serviço. Muitas pessoas me avisaram que seus animais voltaram para casa da mesma forma que meu voltou, cheio de pulgas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento de médio para baixo, preços exorbitantes, paguei 350 reais em um medicamento e posteriormente encontrei por o mesmo remédio por 60 reais em uma casa de ração próxima, profissionais sem comprometimento algum, fui informado sobre o horário de atendimento veterinário até as 16 horas, informei que iria até lá e ao chegar obviamente antes das 16 horas não havia mais atendimento pois já tinham ido embora.
NAO RECOMENDO!
medium to low care, exorbitant prices, I paid 350 reais on a medicine and later found the same medicine for 60 reais at a nearby feed house, professionals without any commitment, I was informed about the veterinary service hours until 4 pm, I informed that I would go there and when I arrived, obviously before 4 pm, there was no more service because they had already left.

Mas em relação as valores cobrado pela veterinária, achei um absurdo um exame de sangue custar 350,00 reais, onde eu fui perquisar na internet, um exame em uma clínica topo de linha custa 100.00.
Estamos na periferia, e os valores tem que ser justo. Veterinário na periferia, quando vc mais precisa, eles arrancam sua carteira, a preocupação não é pelo seu bicho e sim o lucro que iram ter.
Levei meu pet em uma clínica particular em bairro (nobre). E tudo que me compraram neste pet, foi pelo metade do preço..então
Eu não recomendo levar seu bicho em um lugar que tem preços absurdamente caro, fora da realidade de um trabalhador da periferia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário marcado para banho não existe, vc marca o suposto horário e quando chega os animais tem que ficar esperando mais de 30 min pra ser atendido dentro da gaiola que fica dentro do banho e tosa com o barulho do secador, ou seja o suposto horário marcado é apenas pra reservar vaga. Aconteceu isso cmg 2 vezes e não retorno mais. A recepcionista irônica em suas respostas e ainda quer opinar na forma em que se deve cuidar do animal. Em questão do pessoal do banho e tosa não tenho do que reclamar, amei a tosa, mas infelizmente a forma em que a recepcionista conduz os agendamentos deixa MUITO a desejar.
Scheduled bathing time does not exist, you set the supposed time and when the animals arrive, they have to wait more than 30 minutes to be served inside the cage that is inside the bath and groom with the noise of the dryer, that is, the supposed scheduled time it's just to reserve a place. It happened this cmg 2 times and I don't return anymore. The receptionist is ironic in her answers and still wants to give her opinion on how to take care of the animal. Regarding the bath and grooming staff, I have nothing to complain about, I loved the grooming, but unfortunately the way the receptionist handles the appointments leaves MUCH to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha gata para fazer um tratamento anticaspa, como ela é muito brava a veterinária de lá pediu para tosar ela, assim conseguiríamos dar banho em casa. Quando ela chegou vimos que a tosa estava PÉSSIMA, com várias partes irregulares, patas não foram tosadas também e cortaram o BIGODE dela.
Se vocês não sabem mexer com um determinado tipo de animal, ou estudem ou não façam.
E detalhe: ela foi anestesiada para fazer tudo, então não tem desculpa para a má tosa, fora que vocês deveriam saber a importância do bigode do gato.
