★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um excelente pet shop na região. Aqui é possível encontrar de tudo para o seu serhumaninho ( gatos, cachorros, aves e etc), remédios, acessórios, ração, produtos de limpeza e higiene.
A veterinária que atende é excelente, assertiva nas informações e nos procedimentos. Os preços são compatíveis com o mercado.
Recomendo a todos.
An excellent pet shop in the area. Here you can find everything for your serhumaninho (cats, dogs, birds and etc), medicines, accessories, food, cleaning products and hygiene.
The veterinarian you attend is excellent, assertive in the information and procedures. Prices are compatible with the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, levei meu cachorro para tomar banho e deixei explícito que não desejava qualquer tipo de tosa, ao buscá-lo, com o serviço já finalizado, meu cachorro estava com a cara tosada e com vários desníveis no pelo.
Totalmente insatisfeita com o serviço fornecido.
I don't recommend it, I took my dog for a bath and I made it clear that I didn't want any kind of grooming, when I picked him up, with the job already finished, my dog had a shaved face and several unevenness in the fur.
Totally dissatisfied with the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super insatisfeita com o serviço, o spitz alemão da minha filha que costumava a ir 1 vez por semana nesse pet shop depois de alguns atendimentos voltou com o pelo ralo, caindo, e falhado.
por motivos de uso de maquininha, que já havia deixado avisado que não podia o uso.
por serem "profissionais" deveriam saber que o spitz alemão não se passa maquininha
o cachorro está com falha no pelo, é uma doença por conta do uso. não recomendo a nenhum cliente a levar seus animaizinhos lá, pois vão se arrepender!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na sexta para levarem meu pet, ficaram o dia todo pra ir, perguntei sobre e falaram q nao dava mais, liguei no sábado (hoje, 23/04), pegaram era no "primeiro horário" (9h), e acabei me atrasando pq toda hora me davam um prazo e eu deixei claro que precisava sair as 13h. Primeiro, ele ia ficar pronto 12:30, depois 12:40, e depois 13:00. Agora são quase 13:40 e nada, acabei de ligar e falaram mais 15 minutos. Fora que o pet com certeza vai voltar estressado, pq ele foi pra lá as 9h, e pra estarem finalizando agora, deve ter ficado até 12h preso.
I called on Friday to take my pet, they stayed all day to go, I asked about it and they said they couldn't do it anymore, I called on Saturday (today, 04/23), they picked it up at the "first time" (9 am), and I ended up late because every time they gave me a deadline and I made it clear that I needed to leave at 1 pm. First he would be ready at 12:30, then 12:40, and then 1:00. Now it's almost 1:40 pm and nothing, I just called and they spoke for another 15 minutes. Apart from that the pet will definitely come back stressed, because he went there at 9 am, and to be finishing now, he must have been stuck until 12 pm.
