O pessoal da loja presta um ótimo atendimento tirando todas as minhas duvidas e após a compra sempre me tratam super bem pois o pós venda de lá é show de bola.
Meus filhos adoram ir na loja aos finais de semana!!!!!!!!!!

The store staff provide a great service taking all my doubts and after the purchase they always treat me very well because the after sale there is a show of the ball.

Recebi várias orientações nos cuidados com o animal. Os vendedores são experientes, comprometidos e gostam do que fazem. Recomendo!!!
I bought a very healthy and tame hamster at Zoopet without knowing the physical store, but through internet searches. The service and negotiation, over the phone, was excellent.
