Staff (from the owner, the bather to anyone who works there) super friendly, solicit and affectionate with the bixinhos, and the environment is super nice. It was a finding that I did not let go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é otimo, o banho super caprichado e com muito cuidado dedicado aos nossos bebês. Quanto a hotelzinho, nunca utilizei o serviço pq tinha uma outra ideia de como seria. Achei que tinha cheiro forte de urina e nem estavam com tantos animais assim. Optei por não deixar minhas meninas no hotel.
Gosto e indico o serviço de pet care.
The service is great, the bath is very neat and with great care dedicated to our babies. As for the hotel, I never used the service because I had another idea of how it would be. I thought it smelled strongly of urine and they didn't even have that many animals. I chose not to leave my girls at the hotel.
I like and recommend the pet care service.
