★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui verificar um problema de bateria (com minha bateria na garantia) ... foi constatado por eles que não era a bateria e sim q a bateria não estava carregando. Pedi um orçamento, me passaram um orçamento de 800 reais, perguntei que serviço seria feito e fui respondido da seguinte forma "não é assim , vc vai no borracheiro e pedi pra trocar o pneu ele vai lá e troca, aqui não é assim".
Péssima vontade de atender.
Sou eletricista gostaria de saber se ele iria cobrar 800 reais pra fazer uma revisão ou se precisasse fazer alternador ou algo do tipo.
Não recomendo de forma alguma.
Terrible attendance. I went to check for a battery problem (with my battery under warranty) ... it was found by them that it was not the battery, but that the battery was not charging. I asked for a quote, they gave me a quote of 800 reais, I asked what service would be done and I was answered as follows "it's not like that, you go to the tire repair shop and I asked to change the tire he goes there and changes it, it's not like that here".
Bad willingness to serve.
I'm an electrician I would like to know if he would charge 800 reais to do a review or if he needed to do an alternator or something.
I don't recommend it at all.
