★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefone mal educado. Liguei para saber se tinha horário para banho de gato e a mulher me respondeu extremamente grossa que não tem horário que só quando não tem cachorro,como se fosse a minha obrigação saber como é a dinâmica deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorrinho para tomar banho, atendimento na recepção realizado com muita simpatia e o tosador Matheus trata os cachorros com muito amor me dando confiança no tratamento com meu cachorro. E é nítido que todos lá gostam de animais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de lá. Levo minha cachorra a mais de 1 ano. Nunca consegui levar minha cachorro tanto tempo em um pet, pq sempre no começo eles capricham e depois abrem mão. O Prime os profissionais são muito atenciosos e nunca deixaram a desejar!
