★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência nunca mais na minha vida levo meu pet nessa clinica tem uma mulher com nome de Tatiana q se diz q e veterinária sim ela pode ser no papel porém de veterinária q ama o animal ela não tem nada.nunca mais levo um pet meu lá atendimento péssimo tirando as atendentes q infelismete tem q fazer o q mandam.gastei um absurdo são todos mercenários não trabalham por amor a vida eles trabalham pelo dinheiro cobram valores absurdo não deixam vc entrar pra ver o local q seu pet vai ficar internado vc não pode ver aonde seu pet vai ficar isso e um absurdo fazem tudo escondido vc não pode ver nada.minha cachorra entrou lá e saiu pior porém Deus colocou a mão levamos para uma clínica de profissionais e a minha cachorra tá bem.profissional é uma coisa estagiário e outra não recomendo péssima clínica
 Bad experience, I will never take my pet to this clinic again. There is a woman named Tatiana who is said to be a veterinarian, yes, she can be in the role, but as a veterinarian who loves the animal, she has nothing. I never take a pet of mine there. terrible except for the attendants who unfortunately have to do what they say. I spent an absurdity they are all mercenaries they don't work for the love of life they work for money they charge absurd values they don't let you in to see where your pet will be hospitalized you can't see where your pet will be like that and it's absurd they do everything hidden you can't see anything.my dog got in there and came out worse but God put his hand we took it to a professional clinic and my dog is fine.professional is a trainee thing and not another I recommend bad clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já trabalhei ai e sei como as coisas funcionam. Qualquer avaliação e/ou argumento negativo a administradora vai falar que a pessoa é fake ou blá blá blá. A questão é: A "DRA Tati" é uma pessoa extremamente arrogante, antipática e anti profissional. Porque de DRA ela não tem nada! Na internação não dão os devidos cuidados aos seus animais e PASMEM...eles REUTILIZAM SERINGAS! Nunca trabalhei num local que reutilizavam as seringas! 1 seringa para o mesmo animal, pegando e usando medicações abertas há dias! usam ampolas de medicações vencidas e tem um estagiaria complacente com tudo que faz, observa e não fala nada
I've worked there and I know how things work. Any negative evaluation and / or argument the administrator will say that the person is fake or blah blah blah. The point is: "DRA Tati" is an extremely arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional person. Because of DRA she has nothing! During hospitalization, they do not give proper care to their animals and AMAZING...they REUSE SYRINGES! I have never worked in a place that reused syringes! 1 syringe for the same animal, taking and using medications that have been open for days! they use expired medication vials and there is an intern who is complacent with everything he does, observes and doesn't say anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos com nossa cachorra vítima de atropelamento, em estado gravíssimo, fomos muito bem atendidos por td equipe Lilicao, a Dra Tatiane nos passou muita segurança e esta prestando td atendimento médico necessário a nossa "filha", sabemos a gravidade que ela se encontra, mas acreditamos em Deus e na competência dos profissionais que estão fazendo de tudo para q ela volte pra casa.
Minha filha vem de uma história muito triste, vivia na rua até q começamos a alimentar e cuidar ..... a 3 anos a acolhi definitivamente, sempre teve muito amor, carinho e uma família e mais 2 irmãs ? . Oramos pra q volte pra casa e continue sendo amada...

We arrived with our dog victim of a run over, in a very serious condition, we were very well attended by all the Lilicao team, Dr Tatiane gave us a lot of security and is providing all necessary medical care to our "daughter", we know how serious she is, but We believe in God and in the competence of the professionals who are doing everything for her to return home.
My daughter comes from a very sad story, she lived on the street until we started to feed and take care of her ..... 3 years ago I definitely welcomed her, she always had a lot of love, affection and a family and 2 more sisters ? . We pray that you return home and continue to be loved...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com esse petshop!! Minha cachorra ficou doente, e tivemos que investir horrrores no tratamento dela, sem a certeza do que ela tinha. Sempre eles inventavam algum procedimento, e arrancavam até o último centavo nosso. Na época eu tava desempregada, e o único dinheiro que eu tinha foi todo gasto nas despesas da clínica. A dr Tatiane não demonstrou nenhum pingo de empátia, sabendo que não poderíamos arcar com mais nada. É claro que eles não podem fazer nada de graça, mas poderiam ao menos dar alternativas, um desconto, algo do gênero, mas nem isso fizeram. Porém todo dinheiro gasto foi em vão, tivemos que dar eutanásia na cachorra pois o que ela tinha já estava bem avançado. Isso faz alguns meses, e até hoje estou pagando o tratamento. Só sei que não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém, eles só visam dinheiro, são mercenários.
I had a bad experience with this pet shop!! My dog got sick, and we had to invest horrors in her treatment, not sure what she had. They always invented some procedure, and took every last penny from us. At the time I was unemployed, and the only money I had was all spent on the clinic. Dr Tatiane didn't show any empathy, knowing that we couldn't afford anything else. Of course they can't do anything for free, but they could at least give alternatives, a discount, something like that, but they didn't even do that. But all the money spent was in vain, we had to euthanize the dog because what she had was already well advanced. That was a few months ago, and to this day I am paying for the treatment. All I know is that I don't recommend this place to anyone, they only aim at money, they are mercenaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais é claro que eu viria aqui para dar a minha avaliação super negativa por sinal a respeito dessa clínica,tudo começou quando estava a procura de uma vacina para o meu cachorro filhote ou seja a primeira que ele tomaria,até então tudo bem pediram os exames disseram que não poderiam dar a vacina sem saber se o filhote teria alguma doença até aí beleza descobrimos uma “anemia” “pneumonia” amamos a clínica de primeira e demos início ao tratamento e depois de varioooooos gastoooos ele tomou sua primeira vacina para a glória de Deus,e entre idas e vindas de várias consultas nos tornamos clientes eu e a minha esposa,porém ao se passar os dias meu pet de 3 meses começou a ficar muito doente e detalhe “ele já havia sido internado antes “ depois de nós empoarem centenas de exames o meu cachorro não tinha nada dizia elas,um certo dia meu cachorro amanheceu bem ruim vomitando muito eu e minha esposa corremos para a clínica 2x no msm dia,nos informaram que era preciso uma internação,como eu e minha esposa saímos correndo de casa sem saber se ele iria ficar ou não,deixamos a carteira em casa,na hora da internação minha esposa pelejou para ir buscar em casa o dinheiro e simplesmente disseram que não poderiam fazer nada se eu não pagasse tudo na hora os mil reais de internação,minha esposa passou mal a pressão subiu ela implorou para deixar o iPhone dela lá na recepção só para buscar o dinheiro e não quiseram,moral da história meu cachorro quase morre por falta de empatia dessa clínica e sinceramente EU NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM! Tivemos que trazer nosso pet doente passando mal de volta para casa. Clínica sem compromisso com seus clientes. Nada contra as meninas que atendem,são todas cuidadosas.
But of course I would come here to give my super negative evaluation by the way about this clinic, it all started when I was looking for a vaccine for my puppy dog, that is the first he would take, until then everything was fine, they asked for the exams they said they couldn't give the vaccine without knowing if the puppy would have any disease until then beauty we discovered an "anemia" "pneumonia" we loved the clinic first and we started the treatment and after varioooooos expense he took his first vaccine for the glory of God, and between the comings and goings of several consultations, my wife and I became clients, but as the days went by, my 3-month-old pet started to get very sick and detail “he had already been hospitalized before” after we powdered hundreds of exams my dog had nothing they said, one day my dog woke up very bad vomiting a lot my wife and I ran to the clinic 2x on the same day, they informed us that a hospitalization was needed, like me and me Our wife ran out of the house not knowing if he was going to stay or not, we left the wallet at home, at the time of admission my wife struggled to get the money from home and they simply said they couldn't do anything if I didn't pay everything on time the thousand reais of hospitalization, my wife felt sick, the pressure went up she begged to leave her iPhone there at the reception just to get the money and they didn't want it, moral of the story my dog almost dies due to lack of empathy from this clinic and honestly I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE! We had to bring our sick pet back home. Clinic without commitment to its customers. Nothing against the girls who attend, they are all careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrependida em não ter pesquisado as avaliações dessa clínica antes de ter submetido o meu cachorro aos cuidados da Tatiane. Levei meu cachorro pois ele estava com uma bola na garganta que estava crescendo. Antes de qualquer parecer do que era queriam que eu gastasse 400,00 em medicamentos aplicados lá e + 300,00 em medicamentos para casa antes mesmo de ter um diagnóstico. Informei que não tinha condições pois já seria um alto custo com os exames, então comprei apenas os medicamentos para casa (A Tatiana muito rude e mal educada, demonstrando muita insatisfação por eu não ter a condição). Os exames só poderiam ser feito agendados com data 3 dias para frente, e meu cachorro sofrendo. Liguei e pedi pra falar com a doutora, disseram que ela não atendia telefone mas iriam passar o recado (o recado era passado para ela que estava ao lado, e ela me respondia por meio da recepcionista), pedi pra ela me retornaram e ouvi que ela não ligava, se eu quisesse eu teria que ir lá. Inconformada com a situação graças a Deus fui até outro veterinário PONTOVET e lá sim tive um diagnóstico, os exames foram pré operatório pois o meu cachorro estava correndo risco de vida. Valores condizentes com os tratamentos, medicamentos com opções para verificar o melhor custo benefício, totalmente diferente do que gastei nessa péssima clínica, com péssimo atendimento e pessoas despreparadas. Nem com bicho eles poderiam lidar. Fica meu fedback antes de você pensar em ir neste local, veja as demais avaliações. Ainda tem locais justos e honestos, o ponto vet que mencionei é um, e graças a Deus meu cachorro após operado está melhor a cada dia.
I regret not having researched the reviews of this clinic before submitting my dog to Tatiane's care. I took my dog because he had a lump in his throat that was growing. Before any opinion of what it was, they wanted me to spend 400.00 on medicines applied there and + 300.00 on medicines for home before I even had a diagnosis. I informed her that I couldn't afford it because it would already be a high cost with the exams, so I only bought the medicines for home (Tatiana was very rude and rude, showing a lot of dissatisfaction because I didn't have the condition). The exams could only be done with a date 3 days ahead, and my dog was suffering. I called and asked to speak with the doctor, they said she didn't answer the phone but they would pass the message on (the message was passed on to her next door, and she answered me through the receptionist), I asked her to get back to me and I heard that she didn't care, if I wanted to I would have to go there. Dissatisfied with the situation thank God I went to another PONTOVET veterinarian and there I had a diagnosis, the exams were pre-op because my dog was at risk of life. Values consistent with the treatments, medicines with options to check the best cost benefit, totally different from what I spent in this terrible clinic, with terrible service and unprepared people. They couldn't even handle animals. Here's my feedback before you think about going to this place, see the other reviews. There are still fair and honest places, the vet point I mentioned is one, and thank God my dog after surgery is getting better every day.
