Achei o valor super acessível frente a outros locais, sem contar que a Dra. é um amor de pessoa, nos atendeu extremamente bem (tanto pessoalmente, quanto por telefone e WhatsApp).
Quando avisei que a minha mãe teve um AVC e expliquei que tudo que fosse importante precisava ser escrito, e que questão de valores precisava ser mostrado na calculadora pois o "falar" ela não iria entender por conta das sequelas, a Dra. foi extremamente pronta, atenciosa e gentil frente a limitação da minha mãe. Ao prescrever a receita ela ainda desenhou o que seria 1/4 do comprimido, gente, sério, vocês não sabem o quão feliz me senti ao ver uma atitude dessas, atitude que transmite tanto carinho/cuidado com os seus clientes.
Nosso bichinho voltou para casa todo feliz, lógico né, se ela trata seus clientes tão bem assim, não seria diferente com os nossos Pets.
Muito obrigada Dra. Renata!

We neutered our kitten with Dr. Renata.
I found the value super affordable compared to other places, not to mention that the Dr. is a loving person, served us extremely well (both personally, as by phone and WhatsApp).
When I told my mother that I had a stroke and explained that everything that was important needed to be written down, and that the issue of values needed to be shown on the calculator because the "talk" she would not understand because of the consequences, Dr. was extremely ready , attentive and kind in the face of my mother's limitations. When prescribing the recipe she even drew what would be 1/4 of the pill, guys, seriously, you don't know how happy I felt to see such an attitude, an attitude that conveys so much affection / care to your customers.
Our pet came home happy, of course, right, if she treats her customers so well, it wouldn't be different with our Pets.
