Great groomer. My dog is very difficult, she doesn't like to have her paws touched. This is the only place I took them that managed to do an impeccable job.

Total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Nunca mais coloco os pés ali. Nunca mais.
Uma empresa que não preza a opinião dos seus clientes e que só fazem o que querem.
Decepcionada é pouco. Lixo.
If I could, I would give zero. I asked for baby clipping, with scissors and they clipped ZERO with a machine. It was previously agreed on how we wanted the cut and they just ignored what we asked for.
Total lack of respect for the customer.
I will never set foot there again. Never.
A company that does not value the opinion of its customers and that only do what they want.
Disappointed is little. Trash.
