According to the services provided by Pet Fênix, we were super satisfied with the service. Quality service, seriousness, and punctuality. Where in the moment of great pain when we lost our Brendinha at 19 years old, we had all the apparatus on the part of the company. Qualified and attentive staff at a time of suffering the loss of an animal that is part of the family. They are to be congratulated. I highly recommend.

A empresa é séria, comprometida e faz um lindo trabalho. Possuem toda a sensibilidade que precisamos num momento tão doloroso e todas as etapas são feitas com muito respeito, ao dono e ao animal. O recolhimento foi de forma muito respeitosa, o velório foi a coisa mais linda, nunca imaginei viver aquilo e a entrega das cinzas foi muito rápido. Parabéns a equipe da PetFênix, em especial ao Bruno, Felipe e a equipe financeira.

Despite being the most difficult time of my life, I can say that I had an incredible experience.
The company is serious, committed and does a beautiful job. They have all the sensitivity we need in such a painful moment and all the steps are done with great respect for the owner and the animal. The collection was very respectful, the wake was the most beautiful thing, I never imagined living that and the delivery of the ashes was very fast. Congratulations to the PetFênix team, especially Bruno, Felipe and the financial team.

A equipe da PetFênix foi importante nesse processo para dar um destino aos nossos bichinhos tão amados. Nas duas ocasiões eles responderam prontamente, vieram recolher nossos bichinhos com muita rapidez e nos enviaram vídeos mostrando o tratamento respeitoso que deram a eles.
