★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais um pet de "Instagram". atendimento não condiz com o que é exposto nas redes sociais, péssima experiência e falta de comunicação com o tutor, demora grande tanto para ser atendimento quando para o pet ficar pronto. A que aparentemente parece ser a proprietária altamente autoritária e "dona da razão". As atendentes se esforçam mais também totalmente despreparadas. Não volto mais.
Another "Instagram" pet. service is not consistent with what is exposed on social networks, bad experience and lack of communication with the tutor, it takes a long time for both the service and the pet to be ready. The one who apparently appears to be the highly authoritarian owner and "owner of reason". The attendants try harder also totally unprepared. I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local publicamente ( redes sociais) apresenta uma boa estrutura e serviço. Contudo, logisticamente fui sorteado com uma situação decepcionante. Procurei o serviço de banho em um boston terrier, filhote de 9 meses. Ao buscar o dog, a equipe não sabia onde ele estava, em meio os boxes para espera. Nem quem coordena os boxes/pedidos assim como a equipe de banho. Ao final, acharam o "meu filho" na caixa secadora, deitado sem atençao de que manuseia a máquina . Para quem procura o oferecer o melhor para o seu aumigo, vê essa situação foi decepcionante. Alguns indicativos provam que o esquecimento ocorreu, não realizaram a limpeza auricular. A reflexão para o banho é.. será que é preciso usar da pressão para ser melhor atendido? O melhor banho/serviço é quando se tem agendamento?? Se sim, pq no atendimento isso não fica claro? Qualidade nem sempre está nos locais mais bem avaliados...
The place publicly (social networks) presents a good structure and service. However, logistically I was drawn in a disappointing situation. I looked for bath service on a 9 month old boston terrier. When looking for the dog, the team did not know where he was, amidst the waiting boxes. Nor who coordinates the boxes/orders as well as the bathing team. In the end, they found "my son" in the dryer box, lying down without any attention to the fact that he is handling the machine. For those looking to offer the best for their friend, this situation was disappointing. Some indications prove that the forgetfulness occurred, they did not perform ear cleaning. The reflection for the bath is... is it necessary to use pressure to be better attended? The best bath/service is when you have an appointment?? If yes, why is this not clear in the service? Quality is not always in the best-rated places...

Me sinto muito segura em levar minha cachorrinha, que é idosa, para os cuidados na Petklinic.
O banho e a tosa são impecáveis.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, em especial o tosador Luca, que sempre conversa com a gente antes, dá sugestões e faz a tosa exatamente como combinado.

I feel very safe taking my little dog, who is elderly, for care at Petklinic.
Bathing and grooming are impeccable.
The staff are very attentive and friendly, especially the groomer Luca, who always talks to us beforehand, gives suggestions and does the grooming exactly as agreed.
