Nossos pets ficaram super agitados e achei a conduta da equipe fraca e pouco acolhedora, não conseguiram dar banho em uma de nossas cachorras medrosa e um pouco agitada, mas muito dócil e que já tomou banho em pets shops sem nenhum problema. Poucos funcionários pareciam preparados e empáticos para a função. Preço caro que não condiz com a qualidade do serviço. Não recomendo!
I have no intention of going back to the store. The care for bathing and grooming left a lot to be desired. Our pets were super agitated and I found the behavior of the team weak and unwelcoming, they couldn't bathe one of our dogs, scared and a little agitated, but very docile and who had already bathed in pet shops without any problem. Few employees seemed prepared and empathetic for the role. Expensive price that does not match the quality of service. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de SP, marquei o banho da minha Luna, shih-tzu de 8 meses logo na primeira semana de janeiro.. a minha Luna tem pinos na patinha é muito medo de barulho, o que normalmente faz com que ela fique agitada no banho e tosa higiênica, mas na Petland ela ficou calma com a moça que deu banho nela. A única coisa que eu não gostei, foi terem cobrado um valor extra do que foi me passado no telefone porque ela estava com um pouco de nó na pata.. coisa tranquila de se tirar. De resto tudo ótimo!! Quando eu for novamente para Santos e precisar dar banho na minha filha de 4 patas, já sei aonde levar!! ?
I am from SP, I booked my Luna's bath, 8 month old shih-tzu in the first week of January .. my Luna has pins in her paw and is very afraid of noise, which usually makes her agitated in the bath and hygienic, but at Petland she was calm with the girl who bathed her. The only thing I didn't like, was that they charged me an extra amount for what was given to me on the phone because she had a little knot in her paw ... a quiet thing to remove. Everything else is great !! When I go to Santos again and need to bathe my 4-legged daughter, I already know where to take it !! ?

Fui hoje no horário das 18:30 a mulher que atendeu super mal educada acredito que ela estava em um dia bem ruim, nem finalizou direito minha compra e foi interrompendo outro atendente que estava com outro cliente. Não volto mais nesse lugar. Se atende dessa forma os clientes imagino o que devem fazer com os pet's.
Terrible attendance!! I went today at 6:30 pm to the woman who answered super rude I believe she was having a very bad day, she didn't even finish my purchase right and was interrupting another attendant who was with another customer. I won't go back to this place again. If you serve customers like that, I imagine what they should do with their pets.

On the internet it mentions a different time from the real one, Sunday says it opens at 9 am (photo taken at 11:40 am).
