Tem ótimo atendimento, com pagamento facilitado, tosa e banho de excelente qualidade e programa de pontos para troca de itens e serviços, mas dado a atenção empregada por eles, tem um preço um pouco acima da média, de acordo com o que é prestado. Possuem ainda serviço de hotel para animais.
 Petshop located in the neighborhood of the Renaissance, and other shops dotted around the city. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, no que se refere à banhos. Falam que o atendimento é por ordem de chegada mas, hoje, estive lá esperando por mais de duas horas e o que vivenciei foi os cachorrinhos que usam o delivery vão chegando e sendo banhados
Tenho cachorrinhos há 6 anos e todos os banhos seguem a seguinte sequência: molha, passa shampoo, enxágua e seca. Lá não é assim: achei que meus cachorrinhos estavam demorando muito, invadi a sala de banhos
e, tinha dois deles ainda molhados dentro das casinhas.
As atendentes do banho todas mal humoradas e a recepcionista Juju, não é nem um pouco atenciosa.

Bad service when it comes to baths. They say that the service is on a first-come, first-served basis, but today I was there waiting for more than two hours and what I experienced was the puppies that use the delivery arrive and get bathed
I have puppies for 6 years and all baths follow the following sequence: wet, shampoo, rinse and dry. It's not like that there: I thought my puppies were taking too long, I invaded the bath room
and, there were two of them still wet inside the houses.
The bath attendants all sulky and the receptionist Juju, is not the least bit attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom minha experiência não foi muito boa, eles tem um grave problema de atenção e comunicação, infelizmente.
Meu pet usou o serviço de hotel, que tem uma estrutura muito boa e o rapaz que cuida parece ser muito bom.
Mas a comunicação com eles é sempre demorada e as vezes até esquecem e os videos muitos limitados.
Comprei um remédio para meu filhote que eles forneceram, mas por incrível que parece não deram para ele ?♂️.
Meu cão é raro aqui no Brasil, então deixei bem claro que ele não poderia ser tosado, mas... para meu espanto TOSARAM... e o pior nem me falaram nada e ou pediram desculpas pelo ocorrido.
Precisa melhorar muito a comunicação e ter um líder bom de gestão, pois estão todos atrapalhados.

I bought a medicine for my puppy that they provided, but oddly enough they didn't give it to him ?♂️.
My dog is rare here in Brazil, so I made it very clear that he could not be sheared, but ... to my amazement they sheared ... and the worst didn't even say anything to me or apologize for what happened.
You need to improve communication a lot and have a good management leader, because everyone is in the way.
