★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nunca passei por uma experiência tão ruim. Perguntei para duas vendedoras que estavam conversando e mexendo no celular quais das duas eram vendedoras (até pq uma delas poderia ser uma cliente pedindo ajuda mostrando as referências no celular), uma das vendedoras respondeu “as duas”, e a outra vendedora respondeu “nenhuma”, confusa com as respostas diferentes eu respondi “como assim? Nenhuma ou as duas?”, a segunda funcionária falou “só tem as duas aqui na loja então são as duas né moça”. Fiquei extremamente constrangida e havia perguntado justamente para não atrapalhar e fosse outra cliente eu iria esperar minha vez de atendimento. Péssimo, péssimo, não recomendo esse local!
Poor service, I have never had such a bad experience. I asked two salespeople who were talking and using their cell phone which of the two were salespeople (even because one of them could be a customer asking for help showing the references on her cell phone), one of the salespeople replied "both", and the other salesperson replied "none ”, confused by the different answers I replied “what do you mean? None or both?”, the second employee said “there are only two here in the store, so it's both, right girl”. I was extremely embarrassed and had asked precisely not to get in the way and if I were another client I would wait my turn. Bad, bad, I don't recommend this place!
