★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje 29/10/2018 para fazer um exame de.urina na minha shitzu que está sentindo muitas dores. Apesar de ter me oferecido para acompanhar o procedimento isso não foi permitido. Levaram minha cachorrinha e logo depois me devolveram dizendo que ela estava tensa e com a bexiga vazia que eu voltasse a tarde. Fiz isso e de novo me ofereci para acompanhar, não me deixaram acompanhar de novo e logo depois me devolveram dizendo que o exame nao pode ser feito porque ela estava com a bexiga cheia. Ou seja, perdi um dia de trabalho, minha cachorrinha continuou sentindo dores porque não podemos iniciar um remédio que possa vir combater uma inflamação.
Não volto mais a esse laboratório, pois para eles pode ser só um cachorro, mas para mim é um ser especial!!
I went today 29/10/2018 to do an urine exam in my shitzu that is in a lot of pain. Although I offered to accompany the procedure, this was not allowed. They took my dog and then returned it to me saying that she was tense and with an empty bladder that I would come back in the afternoon. I did this and again I offered to follow up, they did not let me follow up again and soon afterwards they returned to me saying that the exam cannot be done because she had a full bladder. In other words, I lost a day at work, my dog continued to feel pain because we cannot start a medication that can come to fight an inflammation.
I don't go back to that lab anymore, because for them it may just be a dog, but for me it is a special being !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo ter laboratório veterinário e banco de sangue vet. dentro do Shopping, com vantagem de poder fazer exames também à noite.PROBLEMAS que podem ser corrigidos facilmente:
1) sempre que tento agendar exames por whatsapp, atendentes são demoradas pra dar orçamento e não retornam msg whatsapp, aí, só telefonando.
2) Mesmo com nossa senha de acesso,os RESULTADOS NUNCA ESTÃO DISPONÍVEIS NO SITE, CONFORME PROMETIDO PELO laboratório e precisamos ficar pedindo que nos enviem por email/whatsapp e atendentes demoram pra mandar.
Great to have veterinary lab and vet blood bank. within the mall, with the advantage of being able to do exams also at night.PROBLEMS that can be corrected easily:
1) Whenever I try to schedule scans for whatsapp, servers are time-consuming to quote and do not return msg whatsapp, just by phoning.
2) Even with our access password, RESULTS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE ON THE SITE, AS PROMPTED BY THE LABORATORY and we need to be asked to send us by email / whatsapp and the servers are delayed sending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como Médica Veterinária NÃO RECOMENDO mais este laboratório.
No dia 18.01.2020 fiz um atendimento, na qual um Persa (gato) estava com secreção ocular, pedi um exame (Citologia Ocular de ambos os olhos) e no resultado saiu com o nome de: Citologia Auricular.
Quando entrei em contato com o Laboratório, o mesmo disse que no sistema não havia o exame "citologia ocular" e tinham que lançar como "citologia auricular". Ai faço a pergunta: que confiabilidade este laboratório passa ao Médico Veterinário que esta analisando o exame (na qual, impossível estar no momento para ver o que de fato ocorreu) que o mesmo foi REALMENTE feito em região ocular??
Quando a minha cliente foi até o laboratório reclamar, Veterinária que laudou o exame, disse que isso não comprometia o resultado e que não colocou Citologia Ocular pois este exame seria mais caro. Oi? Porque então não informou a Médica Veterinaria NA QUAL TEM CADASTRO com vocês sobre isso??
O laboratório de vocês não passa confiança e muito menos credibilidade com o cliente e Médico Veterinário.
Pra mim, esse resultado esta mais que comprometido!!
O mínimo que deveriam fazer é devolver o dinheiro da cliente. Pois o resultado, desse exame, não irei utilizar pra nada! E o que esta no meu direito, irei fazer!

On 01/18/2020 I made a call in which a Persian (cat) was eye discharge, ordered an examination (cytology Eye of both eyes) and the result came out with the name of Cytology Headset.
When I contacted the laboratory, he said the system was not the examination "ocular cytology" and had to launch as "ear cytology." Ai ask the question: which reliability this lab goes to the veterinarian that this analyzing the test (in which, to be impossible at the time to see what actually happened) that it was REALLY done in ocular region ??
When my client was complaining to the lab, which laudou Veterinary examination, he said it did not compromise the outcome and did not put Cytology Ocular since this test would be more expensive. Hi? Why then did not inform the Veterinary Medical IN WHICH HAVE REGISTER to you about this ??
The laboratory of you no more reliable and much less credibility with the client and veterinarian.
For me, this result this more than committed !!
The least we should do is to return the money from the customer. For the result of this review, I will not use for anything! And what is on my right, I'll do!

Todos tratam muito bem os animais e os humanos rsrs Não são apáticos, são muito focados e muito respeitosos. Tudo perfeito.
Excelent reception! I was delighted with the place and the way we were treated. The veterinarian who performed the ultrasound was very nice and talked a lot with us. Everyone treats animals and humans very well lol They are not apathetic, they are very focused and very respectful. Everything perfect.
