Ao telefone a atendente me disse que o corte de unha era incluso no banho e tosa, o que não ocorreu a unha veio grande, além disso a pele do animal veio toda machucada da máquina e o pelo todo marcado do corte também, várias irregularidades na tosa, alguns pedaços de pelo maiores que outros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 estrelas é muito pouco pra esse lugar, os vendedores são SUPER atenciosos e fazem questão de criar um vínculo com os clientes para dar o melhor atendimento possível, foi o melhor lugar que pude levar minha pet trataram ela com muito carinho e atenção e a loja tem uma variedade imensa de produtos com um preço bem em conta.
5 stars is too little for this place, the sellers are SUPER attentive and make a point of creating a bond with customers to give the best service possible, it was the best place I could take my pet, they treated her with great care and attention and the store has a huge variety of products at a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dava 0. Totalmente insatisfeito com o local. Falta de respeito com o cliente e com o meu cachorrinho. Marquei banho, me enrolaram por 4 dias e não vieram buscar. Falaram que ligaram e eu não atendi. Sendo que meu telefone não tinha nenhuma chamada. Total falta de respeito. Não tem nenhuma consideração pelos nossos bichinhos. Decepção total.
No mesmo dia liguei para outro petshop. Marquei, vieram no horário marcado né mandaram mensagem confirmando. E meu pet estava lindo. Ao contrário desse lugar que deveria estar fechado. Falta de empatia.
If I could, it would be 0. Totally dissatisfied with the location. Lack of respect for the client and my puppy. I booked a bath, they rolled me up for 4 days and didn't come to get it. They said they called and I didn't answer. Since my phone had no calls. Total lack of respect. You have no regard for our pets. Total disappointment.
The same day I called another petshop. I booked, they came at the scheduled time, right, they sent a confirming message. And my pet was beautiful. Unlike this place that should be closed. Lack of empathy.

Eu amo o cheirinho gostoso do perfume que passam na Mel e na Maia, até elas se sentem melhores depois de um banho na belo bicho, fora o quanto elas são bem tratadas lá né! A gente vê amor pelo que eles fazem! Excelente!!!!
Very well organized store, well-trained staff and a lot of variety of products for our pets! I love the delicious smell of the perfume that Mel and Maia use, even they feel better after a bath in the beautiful animal, besides how well they are treated there, right! We see love for what they do! Great!!!!
