★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! Primeira vez que peço pelo app pra nunca mais. A espera de 4 horas como vocês dizem não aconteceu, não recebi o pedido e fiquei sem a ração e REMEDIO dos meus animais. Recebi um desconto de 15 reais...o que vou fazer com 15 reais se meus bichos morrerem? Melhorem.
TERRIBLE! First time I ask through the app for never again. The 4 hour wait as you say didn't happen, I didn't receive the order and I ran out of feed and MEDICINE for my animals. I received a 15 reais discount...what am I going to do with 15 reais if my animals die? improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei pelo app para retirada nesta loja, apos escolher a unidade o resumo apontava retirada após 45min porém não tinha o produto disponível, e tive que esperar a transferência de outra loja. Não vale a pena, pois compramos com intuito de retirar devido a urgência e o serviço não é eficaz. Não indico compra app para retirada, caso tenha urgência compre em loja que realmente tenha o produto físico. Comprei um serviço e acabei tendo que realizar uma nova compra devido a necessidade de urgência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por um rapaz nome Rian , ele estava na parte de medicamentos e eu fui comprar ração , mesmo assim ele veio até mim , encontrou a ração que eu procurava , explicou sobre o estacionando do shopping que eles acima de 100,00 eles validam sua permanência na loja e vc não paga nada, explicou sobre a assinatura Pets e sobre outras coisas que perguntei . Funcionários educados e simpáticos super recomendo essa loja do shopping de Mauá .
I was attended by a young man named Rian, he was in the medication department and I went to buy food, even so he came to me, found the food I was looking for, explained about the parking lot at the mall that they validated for more than 100.00 stay in the store and you don't pay anything, explained about the Pets subscription and about other things I asked. Polite and friendly staff I highly recommend this store in the mall in Mauá.
