★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nós sabemos que o atendimento faz toda a diferença, mas a recepcionista Bruna foi muito mal educada, atende as pessoas de qualquer jeito, não é capaz de falar um bom dia se quer....
Olha, tem tanta gente por aí querendo trabalhar e precisando de um emprego que muitos queriam estar no nosso lugar...
Melhorar o atendimento acho que seria o mínimo a se fazer...vamos mudar isso aí
Em relação a dra. Camila e outros drs. da clinica são ótimos e maravilhososssss
Principalmente a dra. Camila, ela é um amor com a minha cachorra
São muito educados e tratam muito bem nossos bichinhos....
 We know that the service makes all the difference, but the receptionist Bruna was very rude, she takes care of people in any way, she is not able to say a good day if she wants to....
Look, there are so many people out there wanting to work and needing a job that many wanted to be in our place...
Improving the service I think would be the least to do... let's change that there
In relation to dr. Camilla and other Drs. from the clinic are great and wonderfulsssss
Mainly dr. Camila, she's in love with my dog
They are very polite and treat our pets very well....

I neutered my two cats at this clinic and they were very well taken care of. I needed emergency care for a puppy, it included hospitalization and I have no complaints. Professional, kind and attentive. Super competent and capable. I trust and recommend

Sempre levo minha cachorra para vacinas e exames e como sempre ela é bem tratada.
Minha cachorrinha já realizou uma cirurgia na clínica e voltou muito bem graças a Deus e as Doutoras que prestam um trabalho excelente.
Agradecimento em especial a Dra. Camila Rodrigues e a Dra. Larissa Ingles que sempre atendem minha cachorra com muito cuidado e carinho.

I always take my dog for vaccines and exams and as always she is well treated.
My dog has already had surgery at the clinic and came back very well thanks to God and the Doctors who do an excellent job.

Minha mãe precisava passar em consulta com nossa cachorrinha Mel e como estava no serviço não poderia acompanhar para fazer o pagamento. Entrei em contato e ela me orientou muito bem fizemos tudo facilitado pelo WhatsApp e pix. Obrigado pela paciência e carisma. Agradeço a dra que fez o atendimento também dra Camila Hellmich com muito cuidado e amor sempre com nossos animais.

I would like to leave my praise for the Clinic, I was very well attended by Receptionist Bruna.
My mother needed to go to an appointment with our dog Mel and as she was at the service she couldn't accompany to make the payment. I got in touch and she guided me very well, we made everything easy via WhatsApp and pix. Thank you for your patience and charisma. I thank the dra who also attended dra Camila Hellmich with great care and love always with our animals.

Levamos na clínica e a doutora super atenciosa ,bem jovem por sinal ... Já identificou Otite , secreção nos ouvidos... Logo ela medicou ele, e não voltou a agitação mais a noite, ele ficou 100 % bonzinho! Quero agradecer pela competência ??
