★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível , a falta de profissionalismo e agilidade no atendimento é simplesmente gritante ...
Compro no Aplicativo e pago com o mesmo cartão de crédito há mais de um ano ,porém para que liberem meus produtos sempre tenho que ligar na central e solicitar que seja liberado .
Depois de tudo isso ,ainda passo pelo transtorno de chegar na loja e os produtos ainda não estão separados e com isso acabou tendo que pagar pelo combustível,pedágio e estacionamento que tem tolerância de apenas 15 minutos , faço as compras dos meus dogs 3 vezes por semana e todas as vezes a mesma ladainha , inclusive na maioria das vezes dão alimentos e medicações .
Ou seja ,itens de necessidade básica !!
