★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que mando manipular na pharma terra, 3 receitas. Uma é solução, e veio com cheiro de shampoo/sabonete líquido. Gosto forte também de shampoo. Levei de volta, pegaram o remédio pra testes e disseram que foi problema com a essência.... existe essência sabor shampoo? Não sabia.... estou com dores abdominais também após começar o tratamento. Enfim, não sei se tem a ver com os remédios ou se é apenas reação do corpo mesmo. O fato é que perdi um pouco a confiança no laboratório, já que tem um preço bom, mas tive esse problema!
First time I order to handle on the land pharma, 3 recipes. One is solution, and came with a smell of shampoo / liquid soap. Strong taste also of shampoo. I took it back, took the drug for tests and said that it was problem with the essence .... does there essence flavor shampoo? I did not know .... I have abdominal pain too after starting treatment. Anyway, I do not know if it has to do with the remedies or if it is just the reaction of the body itself. The fact is that I lost some confidence in the laboratory, since it has a good price, but I had this problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei manipular para minha mãe pra 3 meses COLECALCIFEROL - 7000 ui tomar 3 x sem. Ao retornar na endócrinologista com exames laboratorias em mãos, a vit D continua baixa, não mudou em nada. A médica disse que foi a mesma coisa que tomar água! Fui até a Pharmaterra para explicar o problema e mostrei o exame. A farmaceutica disse que verificaria e que provavelmente foi problema no lote. Depois de 6 dias sem retorno fui pessoalmente e a recepcionista disse que foi isso mesmo, problema com o lote anterior e que manipularam novamente com outro lote. Porém o frasco da medicação era o mesmo que eu havia levado para reclamar. Fiz uma marcação no fundo pra saber se eles não estavam de má fé! Fui enganada. Não indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre adquiri produtos nesta farmácia, pois é antiga e tinha credibilidade, mas não sei se trocaram a farmacéutica ou o dono, ou até o fornecedor dos insumos, alguma coisa aconteceu, o remedio veio como placebo, não faz efeito algum. Reclamei, e disse que queria posicionar o proprietário, disseram que passaria para a farmaceutica e até hoje ninguém me deram nenhuma satisfação. Descaso total com o cliente antigo, que sempre indiciou a farmácia. Lamentável!

Hj 01/11 véspera de feriado diz que está aberto, mando msg no WhatsApp ninguém responde, mandei no sábado mensagem ninguém respondeu, mas online estava!!! Vou ter que ir até lá para solicitar meu pedido!!??
