★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou ex inquilina de um imóvel locado com a CSI e ao entregar e quitar os contratos a dificuldade de ter um contato com a imobiliária é gigantesca. No último e-mail, enviado pelo meu marido em 15.04, onde constatamos que estava sendo debitado em nossa conta corrente valores referente a conta do atual morador, entramos em contato para verificar a possibilidade de reembolso.
Não tivemos retorno até a presente data sobre a situação.
I am ex tenant of a property leased with CSI and when delivering and settling contracts the difficulty of having contact with the real estate is enormous. In the last e-mail, sent by my husband on April 15, where we found that our current account was being debited from the current resident's account, we contacted him to verify the possibility of a refund.
We have had no feedback to date on the situation.
