Aconteceu uma vez com minha irmã cadastro cancelado por que mandou fazer uma fórmula mas não retirou, mas é justo pois assim a farmácia não tem prejuízo
Por isso que a sativa está mais de 30 anos no mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj fui totalmente mau atendida, pedi para manipular um remédio e a atendente me falou que meu cadastro estava bloqueado e me devolveu a receita,falei que estava estranho já que fazia pouco tempo que tinha comprado lá. .maus não fez questão nenhuma, devolveu a receita ...muito triste pois faz um ano que eu e minha família compramos lá. .
Desci a rua e comprei em outra farmácia. ..mais estou chocada da forma que me tratou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro há muito tempo na Sativa. Hoje fui muito mal atendida. Cheguei, peguei o que queria e me dirigi ao caixa. Duas funcionárias atendendo manipulação e a terceira numa sala ao fundo digitando no celular. Nada. As mortas que estavam praticamente ao meu lado faziam de conta que eu não estava lá, a outra entretida com seu celular. Acho que passou quase uns 5 minutos uma das que atendia manipulação veio ao caixa com a sua cliente, mais uma vez me ignorando. Então perguntei a ela se eu estava invisível. Nesse momento a morta número dois que atendia outra manipulação lhe disse para chamar a fulana que estava digitando no celular para me atender. Eu disse: ela está ocupada no whatsapp. A resposta: ela está resolvendo um problema pois estamos sem sistema. Mentira. A própria que disse isso havia consultado no sistema como tinha sido o pedido anterior de manipulação do cliente que atendia. Bem, aí chamaram a morta número 3, que ao vir ao caixa resolveu passar primeiro a outra pessoa. Nesse momento eu perdi o pouco que me restava de paciência e disse que eu podia comprar em outro lugar. A reação na morta número 3 foi rir. Isso , ria mesmo, seus concorrentes vão adorar, porque quando uma empresa acha que as pessoas precisam dela, e não o contrário, aí começa o fim. Ria bastante amiga.

Well, there they called the dead number 3, who came to the cashier and decided to go first to someone else. At that moment I lost what little I had left of patience and said that I could buy somewhere else. The reaction in dead number 3 was to laugh. That's right, your competitors will love it, because when a company thinks people need it, not the other way around, that's the end. I was laughing a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes de frente da loja mal-preparadas e estressadas, reclamando inclusive do próprio dono da farmácia, que não contrata pessoal suficiente. Como se essa farmácia tivesse tantos clientes assim...
Não conseguem sequer atender 2 pessoas...
Diante dessa insatisfação generalizada de quem atende, Imagino como é a qualidade (ou falta dela) das matérias-primas com que trabalham e como manipulam as fórmulas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fazemos perguntas e não respondem. Ignoram totalmente o cliente. Absurdo e lamentável! Parece que estão nos fazendo favor... Estive lá para comprar produtos do Panizza, mas acabei ligando para a própria farmácia deles que fica pertinho do metrô Ana Rosa, e vi que os preços lá são quase 2 vezes menor, além de ter atendimento TOP. SATIVA NUNCA NAIS!!!
Terrible attendance! We ask questions and they don't answer. They completely ignore the customer. Absurd and pitiful! It seems that they are doing us a favor... I was there to buy products from Panizza, but I ended up calling their own pharmacy which is close to the Ana Rosa subway, and I saw that the prices there are almost 2 times lower, in addition to having TOP service . NEVER SATIVA!!!
