A começar pelo péssimo atendimento prestado! A sr. que atende é uma pessoa completamente despreparada e grossa!
Agora rezem p/ nenhum produto chegar alterado, pois quando fazem a 'troca', vc paga pelo novo produto e ainda paga o entregador novamente, um absurdo!
Ah, nota fiscal é uma coisa que não existe la! Nunca me deram nota de nada la!
Um verdadeiro desrespeito ao cliente!

I have it manipulated with a prescription, all on paper and maybe because of issk I never had any problems. I can only praise the quality and punctuality. The price is also within the level of other competitors
