Compro sempre na Pharmédica hà anos, no meu último pedido, a entrega foi realizada faltando um item. Depois de alguns aborrecimentos, a proprietária muito gentil me ligou, corrigindo o erro, empresa que se preocupa com o cliente merece todas as estrelas possíveis, super indico o trabalho deles, muito bom saber que temos ótimos profissionais no mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qdo é p fazer uma crítica eu faço mesmo, mas tbm elogio qdo merece. Comprei um tônico em outra farmácia, mas não conseguia usar de forma alguma, mas nessa Pharma foi tudo de bom. O tônico não deixa o cabelo duro. Já me ganhou como cliente fiel.
 Qdo is to make a criticism I do, but also praise qdo deserves. I bought a tonic at another pharmacy, but I couldn't use it at all, but this Pharma was all good. The tonic does not make the hair stiff. You already won me as a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei ótimo o serviço, mas além disso, eles tem o melhor preço (orçei com outras duas farmácias). Solicitei pelo Whatsapp e demorou 3 dias úteis para entregar. Não tive nenhum problema.
I thought the service was great, but besides that, they have the best price (I budgeted with two other pharmacies). I requested by Whatsapp and it took 3 working days to deliver. I had no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços são ótimos e os produtos de qualidade também. Porém sempre que vou fazer o pedido pelo whatsapp tenho problema com a demora do atendimento. Ainda tive o problema de que eles atrasaram minha entrega pois falaram que eu não mandei a receita ou não mandei todos os dados, sendo que se olhar as mensagens estava lá todas essas informações, isto aconteceu duas vezes.
Prices are great and the products are quality too. However, whenever I go to order via whatsapp, I have a problem with the delay in service. I still had the problem that they delayed my delivery because they said I didn't send the recipe or I didn't send all the data, and if you look at the messages, all this information was there, this happened twice.

Quando comecei a ser cliente o atendimento pelo whats era muito ruim, não liam direito as mensagens, consequentemente não respondiam todas as perguntas e a resposta sempre demorada. Outro ponto negativo é que uma vez pedi pra retirar umas vitaminas e deixarem apenas o picnogenol e se recusaram dizendo que precisavam de outra receita. Qual risco teria tirar as vitaminas, já que não manipulei e acabei não tomando mesmo? Porém, fórmula pronta para os pés, sem receita pode! ?♀️
I think the packaging is so beautiful and because of that, adding the indication of the dermato, I kept asking. When I started being a customer, the service by whats was very bad, they didn't read the messages properly, therefore they didn't answer all the questions and the answer always took time. Another negative point is that once I asked to remove some vitamins and leave only the pycnogenol and they refused saying they needed another prescription. What risk would I have to take the vitamins, since I didn't manipulate them and ended up not taking them anyway? However, ready-made formula for the feet, without a prescription can! ?♀️
