Se for ifood é maltratado? E tratado q nm cachorro ? Última compra q fiz nessa loja

O pedido foi enviado de São Jose dos Campos no dia 05/02 ninguém me contatou para ir buscar na unidade de São Paulo. Estou a dias correndo atrás deles para saber se o produto chegou ou não."

"Poor service. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer whatsapp.
The order was sent from São Jose dos Campos on 02/05/2005, no one contacted me to pick it up at the São Paulo unit. I've been chasing them for days to see if the product arrived or not."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periodicamente vamos a Ultrafarma no metrô Saúde pra comprar suplementos vitamínicos e medicamentos básicos, geralmente vale a pena consultar a vizinha Farma Conde que costuma dar descontos oferecendo seus medicamentos com preços abaixo da concorrente, nos suplementos a Farma Conde não consegue brigar mas nos medicamentos vale a pena comparar os preços , a dica óbvia é saber quanto está na concorrente pois eles consultam na internet e fazem mais barato e as vezes, só as vezes, muito mais barato .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estão vendendo a fralda geriátrica Concar com defeito!! Atenção, reclamem, pois tomam providências somente após reclamação. Cadê o controle de qualidade???? Mesmo após reclamação (5 trocas em um mesmo dia) continuaram vendendo produto com defeito, ainda aumentaram o preço. A desculpa? Se o consumidor não reclama não há como tomar providência. Outro agravante? Após a troca me mandaram um pacote sem lote!!!! evidente que devolvi.
They are selling the defective Concar geriatric diaper!! Attention, complain, because they only take action after complaint. Where's the quality control???? Even after complaining (5 exchanges in the same day) they continued to sell defective product, still increasing the price. The excuse? If the consumer does not complain, there is no way to take action. Another aggravating factor? After the exchange they sent me a package without a lot!!!! Obviously I returned it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendem produtos com defeito, sabendo do problema. Fralda Concar toda colada. E ainda acham que estão dando atenção ao cliente. E pelo jeito só respondem elogios. Isso é respeito ao cliente?
They sell defective products, knowing the problem. Concar diaper all glued. And they still think they are paying attention to the customer. And by the way, they only respond to compliments. Is this customer respect?
