Great service and responsible services... my mother had to take our Sony TV there thinking it was broken and they found out that her problem was just the remote control that didn't work!!! Total responsibility to the customer!! ?? Congratulations!!! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento presencial, não atendem telefone, orçamento bem demorado e preços irreais. Não recomendo a ninguém, só vale a pena a tortura se o produto estiver na garantia.
Bad face-to-face service, they don't answer the phone, very long budget and unrealistic prices. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's only worth the torture if the product is under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faz dois meses que levei um gelagua para concertar na garantia, eles não ligaram pra mim desde então e quando ligo ninguém atende. Irei ter quer ir lá pra saber se o serviço foi feito ou não.
It's been two months since I took a gelagua to have it fixed under warranty, they haven't called me since then and when I call no one answers. I will have to go there to see if the service was done or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ainda bem q nem deu entrada na minha tv tcl,fui da entrada e se recusaram pq na nota não tinha o nome tcl mas tinha o código do produto com todas as especificações,acho q levei sorte e outra produto na garantia q passar mas de um mês não autorizada a pessoa tem direito a outro produto,fica a dica.
Bad service, I'm glad I didn't even check in on my tcl tv, I went to the entrance and they refused because on the note it didn't have the tcl name but it had the product code with all the specifications, I think I got lucky and another product under warranty that passes but of an unauthorized month the person is entitled to another product, here's the tip.
