★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completa falta de consideração com o paciente. Agendei horário às 10h e cheguei 5 min antes. Porém, a Dra Renata passou outra pessoa na minha frente, me deixou esperando 45 min e mesmo assim não fui chamado, foi quando resolvi ir embora pelo desaforo. Se uma pessoa agenda horário é porque tem compromisso. E ainda querem cobrar R$ 50,00 de quem marca uma consulta e não comparece, então também posso cobrar R$ 50,00 por comparecer e não ser atendido?
Complete disregard for the patient. I made an appointment at 10am and arrived 5 min before. However, Dr. Renata passed someone else in front of me, left me waiting 45 minutes and even then I was not called, that's when I decided to leave because of the insult. If a person schedules, it is because he is committed. And they still want to charge R $ 50.00 to someone who makes an appointment and does not show up, so can I also charge R $ 50.00 for attending and not being attended to?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou fazendo o meu tratamento e da minha filha de 6 anos e estou encantada com o profissionalismo, experiência e carinho de todos os profissionais da clinica. Fiz procedimentos considerados traumáticos (remoção do siso, ampliação de coroa, troca de coroa...) mas tudo com muita tranquilidade e atenção. Cada um dos especialistas atuam em procedimentos distintos, mas a comunicação entre eles é ótima.
Minha filha é atendida pela Dra. Liandra desde os 2 aninhos e transmite uma confiança a ela, que outros profissionais não conseguiram.
Recomendo muito!
I am doing my treatment and that of my 6 year old daughter and I am delighted with the professionalism, experience and affection of all professionals in the clinic. I did procedures considered traumatic (wisdom tooth removal, crown enlargement, crown replacement ...) but all with great tranquility and attention. Each of the specialists works in different procedures, but the communication between them is great.
My daughter has been attended by Dr. Liandra since she was 2 years old and gives her a confidence that other professionals have not been able to.
I highly recommend it!
