★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa clínica no ano de 2019, estava trabalhando em uma empresa que disponibilizava o convênio Bradesco Odontológico. Pior experiência da minha vida, a dentista no qual infelizmente não me recordo o nome, detestava atender convênios, me lembro de sair da sala dela com a boca cheia de resíduos, após uma limpeza dentária mal feita... não recomendo essa clínica odontológica para ninguém.
 I went to this clinic in 2019, I was working in a company that offered the Bradesco Odontológico agreement. Worst experience of my life, the dentist whose name unfortunately I don't remember, I hated taking care of health plans, I remember leaving her room with a mouth full of residue, after a bad dental cleaning... I don't recommend this dental clinic for nobody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desse consultório a 4 anos, e sempre sou bem recepcionado. As meninas sempre muito atenciosas e muito profissionais, já estive atrasado algumas vezes e foram atenciosas e logo depois me atenderam.
I have been a client of this office for 4 years, and I am always well received. The girls were always very attentive and very professional, I've been late a few times and they were attentive and soon after they attended to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em um atendimento 19/03/2023 .
A Dentista estava mal humorada, me tratou como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor, o nome dela é Luciana que ( se indentifica como doutora ) pessimo atendimento, parece que ela tem raiva do cliente. E depois de fazer a consulta.. ela pediu uma porção de exames pois se negou a fazer um atendimento simples de limpeza nos dentes, acredita que seja por receber pouco do convenio, ela insistiu arrancar dentes meus e disse que eu precisava até de um canal, sendo que ja havia passado em outros dentistas e nenhum viu essa necessidade.
Quando fui reclamar do atendimento com a ela.. é que veio a surpresa!! ela surtou !!! disse que queria me ver pessoalmente !! e começou a gritar em audio comigo surtando !!! . Acredito que ela queria me ver para me agredir fisicamente a julgar pelo tamanho e força dela ! . Nunca mais voltei lá !!!

The Dentist was in a bad mood, treated me as if I was asking for a favor, her name is Luciana who (identifies herself as a doctor) bad service, it seems that she is angry with the client. And after making the appointment.. she asked for a lot of tests because she refused to do a simple teeth cleaning service, she believes it's because she received little from the insurance, she insisted on pulling my teeth and said I even needed a root canal , and had already been to other dentists and none saw this need.
When I went to complain about the service with her.. the surprise came!! she freaked out!!! Said he wanted to see me in person!! and started screaming in audio with me freaking out!!! . I believe she wanted to see me to physically attack me judging by her size and strength! . I never went back there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente profissional a doutora Luciana, fez um planejamento para reabilitar meus dentes e minha estrutura óssea que estava comprometida. Me acompanha em cada etapa deste processo desgastante , sempre com muito carinho e gentileza. Sinto amor pelo que realiza profissionalmente.
Todas as vezes que precisei ir em outro dentista para fazer canal, doutora Luciana me encaminhou, conversou com os dentistas que me atenderam mesmo eu ainda não tendo pago o que combinamos.
Fiquei muito feliz e agradecida com todo suporte que recebi.
An excellent professional, Dr. Luciana, made a plan to rehabilitate my teeth and my bone structure that was compromised. She accompanies me in every step of this exhausting process, always with great affection and kindness. I love what you do professionally.
Every time I had to go to another dentist to have a root canal, Dr. Luciana referred me, talked to the dentists who attended me even though I still hadn't paid what we agreed.
I was very happy and grateful with all the support I received.
