Telefonei na farmacia HOJE 24/09/21 ás 14h, a atendente estava conversando com outra funcionaria batendo papo, ia me colocar na espera mais esqueceu de ativar a espera, fiquei um tempão em linha ouvindo bate papo de funcionarios, apos perceberem que eu estava em linha DESLIGARAM na minha cara. esperei mais um pouco retornei a ligacao, solicitei um orçamento, me informaram que orçamentos somente por whatsapp... nao poderia ser nem presencial e nem pelo telefone! COMO ASSIM? sou OBRIGADA a ter whatsapp agora??? e se fosse para um idoso??? um descaso com os clientes.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I phoned the pharmacy TODAY, 9/24/21 at 2 pm, the attendant was talking to another one, she would work chatting, she would put me on hold, but she forgot to activate the hold, I was in line for a while listening to employee chat, after they realized that I was online TURNED OFF in my face. I waited a little longer, returned the call, asked for a quote, they informed me that quotes were only made by whatsapp... it couldn't be either in person or over the phone! LIKE THIS? am REQUIRED to have whatsapp now??? and if it was for an elderly person??? a disregard for customers.
