★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, levei o celular falaram que teria de trocar a câmera e que se deixasse de manhã cedo a noite estaria pronto.... Pois bem, levei ficaram com o celular o dia todo pra no final do dia dizer que não fizeram nada e precisaria de um creme especial...pra deixar no dia seguinte. Ps: tinham meu número pra contato que pediram e poderiam ligar e dizer que hoje não seria possível e que poderia pegar o aparelho e deixar outro dia ao invés de perder 1 dia todo pra nada. Não recomendo!!! Falta dinamismo e atencao com cliente.
 Terrible, I took my cell phone, they said I would have to change the camera and that if I left it early in the morning at night it would be ready.... Well, I took the cell phone all day to say at the end of the day that they didn't do anything and I needed of a special cream... to leave the next day. Ps: they had my contact number that they asked for and could call and say that today would not be possible and that I could pick up the device and leave another day instead of wasting 1 day for nothing. I do not recommend!!! Lack of dynamism and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi para trocar o display (tela), ele me cobrou 300 reais e disse que seria um display ORIGINAL, mas depois que voltou com o novo display perdeu várias funções disponíveis no original.
Os problemas que começaram a ocorrer após a troca do display:
- Controle de cores RGB não funciona;
- Nenhum modo de cor alternativo funciona;
- Touch não responde direito ao digitar rápido;
- Filtro de luz azul não funciona;
- Tela está descolando na extremidade superior direita;
- Tonalidade de cores diferente do original;
- Sensor de proximidade não funciona direito;
Tudo relacionado à tela mas ele teima em dizer que tem que fazer testes para ver se não é problema da placa do celular. Pedi por argumentos mas o melhor que ele apresentou foi "sou técnico em eletrônica e sei do que estou falando". E assim, problema na placa sendo que ela exibe e configura TUDO menos o que seria função exclusiva do display?
Estou acionando a garantia mas acredito que não vá resolver, pois ele não parece trabalhar com displays originais de fato, somente o chamado "ORIGINAL CHINA".
Fiquem atentos pois provavelmente ele faz isso com todos. Além disso ele pediu 4 dias úteis para dar uma RESPOSTA, ou seja não deve nem entregar o aparelho nesse tempo.

- RGB color control does not work;
- No alternative color mode works;
- Touch does not respond properly when typing fast;
- Blue light filter does not work;
- Screen is taking off at the upper right end;
- Color tone different from the original;
- Proximity sensor does not work properly;
Everything related to the screen but he insists on saying that he has to do tests to see if it is not a problem with the cell phone card. I asked for arguments but the best that he presented was "I'm an electronics technician and I know what I'm talking about". And so, a problem with the board, since it displays and configures EVERYTHING except what would be the exclusive function of the display?
I am calling the warranty but I believe that it will not resolve, as it does not seem to work with original displays in fact, only the so-called "ORIGINAL CHINA".
Stay tuned as he probably does this with everyone. In addition, he asked for 4 business days to give an ANSWER, that is, he must not even deliver the device in that time.
