★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento bem ruim e não foi só comigo. Um senhor chegou pra revelar fotos do tablet dele e a paciência da atendente para explicar como passava as fotos pro computador era ZERO. Sou fotógrafo e pedi revelação em formato maior que demorava um dia. Cheguei lá um dia depois e eles fizeram tudo correndo com uma qualidade horrível. Pedi que refizessem e no outro dia quando me devolveram [agora sim com a qualidade decente] nem olharam na minha cara pra entregar o envelope. Não indico o serviço nem o atendimento e espero que melhorem pois já não temos muitas opções para revelar fotos no bairro, e com um atendimento neste nível é melhor nem termos mesmo. MELHOREM por favor!
I found the service very bad and it was not just me. A gentleman arrived to reveal photos from his tablet and the attendant's patience to explain how he passed the photos to the computer was ZERO. I'm a photographer and I asked for a larger format development that took one day. I got there a day later and they did everything running with horrible quality. I asked them to redo it and the other day when they returned me [now with decent quality] they didn't even look in my face to deliver the envelope. I do not indicate the service or service and hope they improve because we no longer have many options to reveal photos in the neighborhood, and with a service at this level is better not even have. BETTER please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei caro o serviço de impressão digital principalmente se considerar que as 35 fotos que pedi foram feitas sem borda e levou mais um dia pra fazer tudo de novo. O que me obrigou a voltar no local outro dia o que acaba ficando mais caro ainda se vc mora longe do local. A impressão que dá é que que pagamos caro pela má gestão. Mas o atendimento é bom.
I thought the digital printing service was expensive, especially considering that the 35 photos I ordered were made without border and it took another day to do it all over again. What forced me to return to the place the other day which ends up getting even more expensive if you live far from the place. The impression it gives is that we pay dearly for poor management. But the service is good.
