★ ★ ★ ★ ★ colocam placa de 15 reais na porta para só no caixa falar que é só a primeira hora, 25 o resto. e ainda por cima não param o carro no mesmo terreno. péssimo
they put a sign of 15 reais on the door so that only the cashier can say that it is only the first hour, 25 the rest. and on top of that they don't stop the car on the same terrain. terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou ZERO porque não consigo. Bateram meu carro no estacionamento, eu vi antes de sair e comuniquei ao responsável que disse que iria assumir porque viu que realmente tinham batido. Depois de alguns dias veio me dizer que tinha batido em outro lugar e eles não iriam se responsabilizar pelo conserto. Me bloquearam de todos os contatos e não consigo mais falar com eles.
I just don't give ZERO because I can't. They crashed my car in the parking lot, I saw it before I left and I communicated to the person in charge who said he would take over because he saw that they had really crashed. After a few days he came to tell me that he had hit another place and they would not be responsible for the repair. They blocked me from all contacts and I can't talk to them anymore.

Total descaso com os motoristas que tem que ficar esperando por horas para receber seus carros (que nem estão no.mesmo lugar que foram deixados). No nosso caso, tivemos que ir a pé até o outro lugar...
Sem contar que na entrega do carro não tiveram a capacidade de entregar a chave do carro em mãos. Deixaram no parabrisa e por sorte não perdemos a chave pelo caminho.
NÃO UTILIZEM ESSE ESTACIONAMENTO!
WORST PARKING IN SP!
Total disregard for drivers who have to wait for hours to receive their cars (which aren't even in the same place they were left). In our case, we had to walk to the other place...
Not to mention that in the delivery of the car they did not have the ability to hand over the car keys. They left it on the windshield and luckily we didn't lose the key along the way.
DO NOT USE THIS PARKING!

Foi solicitado que o carro ficasse fácil de sair, pq estávamos com um bebê e não demoraríamos. Simplesmente CA GA RAM para essa informação. Pararam em outro lugar, ficamos mais de 20 minutos aguardando o retorno do carro com o bebê impaciente no colo.
Os manobristas ficam na porta do estacionamento fumando e a fumaça toda na cara de quem aguarda o carro.
Nosso carro estava inteiro mexido: banco, som, ar condicionado, trava de vidro. Todos os botões mexidos.
Péssimo lugar, nunca mais paro sem consultar as avaliações antes.

It was requested that the car be easy to get out of, because we had a baby and it wouldn't take long. Simply CA GA RAM for that information. They stopped at another place, we spent more than 20 minutes waiting for the car to return with the impatient baby in our arms.
The valets are at the parking lot door smoking and the smoke all over the faces of those waiting for the car.
Our car was all messed up: seat, stereo, air conditioning, window lock. All buttons scrambled.
Terrible place, I will never stop without checking the reviews first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilantras!! Não estacione seu carro aqui!!! Os manobristas não estacionaram meu carro nesse estacionamento, levaram o veículo para outro estacionamento (saíram cantando pneu com meu carro) e na hora de buscar, tive que ir andando a pé por quase 10 minutos para o outro estacionamento, pois não tinha manobrista suficiente para entregar os carros de todos que estavam esperando lá. Para piorar a situação, me entregaram o carro ligado (manobraram da vaga e entregaram para mim) e deixaram a chave no para-brisa. Só fui descobrir que a chave estava no para-brisa quando ela quase caiu do carro em movimento.
Além disso eu paguei R$40 quando cheguei, e na hora de buscar estavam cobrando R$30 de outra pessoa!!
NUNCA estacione seu carro aqui!!!
Scammers!! Do not park your car here!!! The valets did not park my car in this parking lot, they took the vehicle to another parking lot (they left with my car screeching) and when it was time to pick it up, I had to walk for almost 10 minutes to the other parking lot, as there was not enough valet to deliver the cars of everyone who was waiting there. To make matters worse, they gave me the car running (they maneuvered out of the parking space and handed it to me) and left the key in the windshield. I only found out the key was in the windshield when she almost fell out of the moving car.
Also I paid R$40 when I arrived, and when I picked it up they were charging someone else R$30!!
NEVER park your car here!!!
