Já colocaram mais óleo que o recomendado no manual do meu carro (mesmo com substituição de filtro) e troca de morcego da barra estabilizadora ficou rangendo (faltou experiência de apertar no chão e não no alto). Mas todos esses erros ocorridos, não muda o profissionalismo do pessoal (até pq todos erramos). O serviço é confiável e em nenhum momento tentam de vender peças desnecessárias, o que é um grande diferencial se comparados com outros autocenters da cidade.
Best in town, but still has room to improve. They have already added more oil than recommended in my car manual (even with filter replacement) and the stabilizer bar bat exchange kept creaking (I lacked experience in pressing on the ground rather than on the top). But all these errors that occurred, did not change the professionalism of the staff (even because we all made mistakes). The service is reliable and in no time they try to sell unnecessary parts, which is a big difference compared to other autocenters in the city.
