★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto e ele veio com com as especificações erradas, ao voltar ao estabelecimento para realizar a troca fui informado que não tinha outro produto, pedi q devolução do dinheiro, a vendedora informou que eles não realizam devolução pois o dono não permite.
Os vendedores são nota 10 mas o problema é o proprietário da loja.
Ah e é quase impossível conseguir uma nota fiscal
I bought a product and it came with the wrong specifications, when I returned to the establishment to make the exchange I was informed that I had no other product, I asked for a refund of the money, the seller informed that they do not make returns because the owner does not allow it.
The sellers are rated 10 but the problem is the store owner.
Oh and it's almost impossible to get an invoice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em novembro de 2020 contratamos a empresa para fazer a manutenção em nosso fogão e no sistema de gás da casa. Na ocasião, a prestação do serviço foi muito bom. Em agosto de 2021 os chamei novamente, marcaram a visita, não apareceram e se quer responderam meus questionamentos. Agora tentei mais uma vez, marcaram o dia e novamente deram o cano... Pior para eles que perderam um cliente.
In November 2020 we hired the company to do maintenance on our stove and the house's gas system. At the time, the service was very good. In August 2021 I called them again, they scheduled the visit, they did not show up and they answered my questions. Now I tried again, they set the day and again they gave the pipe... Worse for them that they lost a customer.
