★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado aqui, a minha total indignação por "funcionários" totalmente despreparados, e que só trabalham por pura obrigação, e acham que os clientes são pessoas que não merecem ser atendidos bem.
Hoje 05/03/2021 por volta de 18h20 fui a loja para comprar uma blusa, até então quando eu cheguei, ninguém havia me atendido, me interessei por uma blusa, e perguntei para a atendente, Amanda, se tinha a blusa no tamanho P, ela olhou nas araras, me atendeu com bastante pressa, e sem vontade alguma de me atender, a atendente Amanda, disse que iria olhar no Estoque se havia a blusa no tamanho P, (vou verificar pra você se tem a blusa no estoque pra você, lá no fundo) eu falei tabom.
Porém a Amanda continuou na frente, e não foi verificar no estoque em momento algum , e eu fiquei lá parada aguardando para saber se teria a numeração, por fim eu cansei de esperar a boa vontade da funcionária que estava com os braços na araras e conversando, e fui procurar outra blusa, e encontrei, eu perguntei um rapaz que era funcionário da loja se eu poderia experimentar , ele super educado me atendeu e disse que eu poderia experimentar .
A Amanda depois de perceber que me deixou esperando teve a cara de pão de me dizer que não tinha a blusa na numeração sendo que ela nem foi procurar, por fim quando ela viu que eu já ia pagar, teve a coragem de me dizer, OBRIGADA VIU.
Péssima funcionária, somente o rapaz que me atendeu super sem .

Today 05/03/2021 around 6:20 pm I went to the store to buy a blouse, until then when I arrived, no one had answered me, I was interested in a blouse, and I asked the attendant, Amanda, if I had the blouse in size P , she looked at the racks, answered me in a hurry, and without any desire to answer me, the attendant Amanda, said she would look at the Stock if there was a blouse in size P, (I will check for you if you have the blouse in stock for you, deep down) I said tabom.
But Amanda stayed in the lead, and didn't check the stock at any time, and I stood there waiting to see if I would have the numbering, in the end I got tired of waiting for the goodwill of the employee who was with her arms on the racks and talking , and I went to look for another blouse, and I found it, I asked a guy who was a store employee if I could try it, he was very polite and answered me and said I could try it on.
Amanda, after realizing that she kept me waiting, had the face of bread to tell me that she didn’t have a blouse in the numbering, and she didn’t even look for it. IT SAW.
Terrible employee, only the guy who attended me super without.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse ano optei por comprar na Black Friday (ou Fraude mesmo) pelo site. Paguei o frete na opção motoboy que tinha como prazo até 3 dias úteis. Houve atraso de entrega de 2 semanas. Entrei em contato com a loja que simplesmente deixa no vácuo: não responde nem por whatsapp nem por email. Quando o pedido chegou havia 3 peças faltando. Além disso, as peças vieram danificadas e não há possibilidade de troca. Me deram um cupom pra usar no site e adivinhem não funciona! Só consegui resolver por ligação. Dia seguinte o pedido foi confirmado e liberado pra buscar na loja....2 dias depois vou a loja e adivinhem? O pedido não estava lá! Se não dão conta de fazer a promoção pelo site, ou usar esse sistema, simplesmente não façam! Vai dar menos desgaste. Péssimo atendimento, má gestão. Não recomendo.
This year I chose to buy on Black Friday (or Fraud) through the website. I paid the freight on the motoboy option that had a deadline of up to 3 working days. There was a 2-week delivery delay. I contacted the store that simply leaves it in a vacuum: it does not respond either by whatsapp or email. When the order arrived there were 3 pieces missing. In addition, the parts were damaged and there is no possibility of exchange. They gave me a coupon to use on the website and guess what, it doesn't work! I was only able to solve it by phone. Next day the order was confirmed and released to pick up at the store .... 2 days later I go to the store and guess what? The order was not there! If you can't do the promotion on the site, or use this system, just don't do it! It will give less wear. Bad service, poor management. I do not recommend.
