sandália/salto um pouquinho frágil, a corrente soltou quando fui usar na entrevista mas consegui consertar depois, pois a corrente é de encaixe. As vendedoras são simpáticas.

Atendimento excelente! Fui trocar na loja do shopping metrópole e fui muito mal atendida e saí frustrada. Resolvi ir na loja do São Bernardo Plaza e fui muuuito bem atendida. Quase levei dois pares. Estou experimentando e usando a troca e se não machucar o pé, voltarei e comprarei mais. Parabéns pelo atendimento!

Loja/rede desleal com seus clientes… Ganhei um presente e tive que trocar, ficou uma diferença no valor (presente mais caro que o item que escolhi para troca). E simplesmente a loja negou em deixar o valor no sistema em meu nome para uma próxima compra e também não devolvem o dinheiro… Simplesmente ficam com o valor caso o consumidor não queira comprar nada naquele momento. Outra coisa, já que é essa a conduta da rede, deveriam disponibilizar itens mais em contas… Péssimo! Não volto mais

Hoje, fui até a loja no Shopping Praça da Moça, que estava com um placa enorme de tudo de R$ 49,00 á R$ 99,00. Entrei na loja, escolhi 4 sapatos. Uma dessas mercadorias, era um tênis que me foi divulgado por R$ 99,00 (lembre-se que o valor máximo da loja é R$ 99,00) experimentei e decidi levar. Fui até o caixa, passamos meu cartão de crédito no valor de R$ 340,00 APROVADO e até ai tudo bem, o valor bateu certinho com o dito e prometido pela loja. Porém, me perguntarem: quer nota fiscal? eu disse SIM. Nisso, elas foram passar as mercadoria no caixa, quando viram, o tênis na verdade estava por R$ 150,00. Eu informei que a vendedora anunciou por 99,00 e prova disso, que meu cartão já havia sido passado e aprovado, só faltava a nota. Porém, a gerente disse que tinha que desfazer a venda, pois foi vendido com o valor errado. Cancelando minha compra e quebrando todas minha expectativa como cliente. Eu fiquei muito chateada, pois o erro não era meu, a expectativa já havia sido gerada, estava feliz com minha compra, e já estava com a conta paga. Acredito, que deste caso, ela deveria priorizar o atendimento ao cliente e reconsiderado e treinado sua equipe melhor. Gostaria que investigasse meu direito como consumidora conforme artigo 35 do código de defesa do consumidor. Tenho todos os comprovantes. O pior de tudo, foi que a compra já tinha sido feita. Meu cartão passou e tudo. E ai, depois disso, viram o erro e me retiraram a compra. Eu até poderia pagar por R$ 50,00 de diferença, mas achei muita injustiça, tendo em vista que o erro foi da loja.
