★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o dissabor de ter conhecido essa loja, através do site da Sibrape. Que por sinal é fantastico. Mas infelizmente a ponta final está estraga, que é essa empresa.
O dono mal deu atenção quando fui visitar a loja. Eu que tentava tirar informação dele sobre piscina de vinil. Foi então que marquei no dia seguinte pela manha, com um vendedor deles.
Que prontamente furou comigo. Mas tentou se redimir a tarde. Foi ai que só piorou minha opinião sobre essa loja. Vendedor prepotente. Mal queria saber minha opinião sobre a piscina, só tentando impor a opinião dele.
Ficou de dar orçamento depois, e nunca apareceu. Se falha em dar orçamento, imagina para entregar uma obra?! Sem falar em toda má vontade...e falar valores muito a cima do mercado, simplemente para não fazer a obra.
Não recomendo a ninguém essa loja.
I had the displeasure of having known this store through the Sibrape website. Which by the way is fantastic. But unfortunately the final tip is spoiled, which is this company.
The owner barely paid attention when I went to visit the store. I was trying to get information from him about the vinyl pool. It was then that I made the following morning appointment with a salesman of theirs.
That promptly stuck with me. But he tried to redeem himself in the afternoon. That's when my opinion about this store only got worse. Boastful seller. I hardly wanted to know my opinion of the pool, just trying to impose his opinion.
He went on budget later, and never showed up. If you fail to give budget, imagine to deliver a work ?! Not to mention all the ill will ... and to speak values far above the market, simply not to do the work.
I don't recommend this store to anyone.

O engenheiro/proprietário foi a minha residência avaliar o espaço para fazer a piscina, prometeu que faria um projeto apropriado ao espaço, depois dessa visita, nunca mais apareceu, isto prova o descaso com o cliente e falta de profissionalismo. Nao recomendo essa empresa Piscinas & Cia.
My experience was terrible with this company. The engineer / owner went to my residence to evaluate the space to make the pool, he promised that he would make an appropriate project for the space, after that visit, he never came again, this proves the neglect with the client and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this company Piscinas & Cia.
