★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Jordan enviou-me um orçamento discriminando pintura e reforço de banheira, no valor de 1250 reais e "ralo jacuzzi" no valor de 96 reais. Errou ao somar, cobrando 1596 pelo serviço, ao invés de 1346,00. Pedi a correção do orçamento e eles INCLUÏRAM o item mão de obra ! Eu pergunto: o que justifica cobrar 1250 para pintar e reforçar uma banheira se a mão de obra não está incluída? Falta seriedade à empresa.
Jordan sent me a budget detailing the painting and reinforcement of the bath, in the amount of 1250 reais and the "jacuzzi drain" in the amount of 96 reais. It was wrong to add, charging 1596 for the service, instead of 1346.00. I asked for the budget correction and they INCLUDED the labor item! I ask: what justifies charging 1250 to paint and reinforce a bathtub if labor is not included? The company lacks seriousness.

I spent a week trying to get my budget, but even that didn't make it. It must be VERY good not to need services and snub a customer like that. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Após o primeiro contato e visita inicial para orçamento (que é cobrada), tudo correu bem. Após demorarem para apresentar o orçamento (que não foi barato), resolvi autorizar metade do serviço (azar o meu), pagando o valor inicial. Após quase implorar para iniciarem o serviço, recebi nada menos do que 4 (quatro) visitas para fazer o serviço! E não foi porque era algo complexo, mas sim porque eles não se falam!! Inicialmente, trouxeram uma peça errada e depois, por duas vezes, não trouxeram as peças necessárias (que constavam no orçamento). Tudo isso para no final não ter o equipamento funcionando, pois no último atendimento descobriram outro problema... Lógico que não vou contratar com eles novamente e não indico o serviço, apesar da boa vontade dos técnicos.
Very bad service. After the first contact and initial budget visit (which is charged), everything went well. After taking a while to present the budget (which was not cheap), I decided to authorize half the service (my luck), paying the initial amount. After almost begging to start the service, I received no less than 4 (four) visits to do the service! And it was not because it was something complex, but because they do not speak !! Initially, they brought the wrong part and then, twice, they did not bring the necessary parts (which were in the budget). All this in the end so that the equipment would not work, because at the last appointment they discovered another problem ... Of course, I will not hire them again and I do not recommend the service, despite the good will of the technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o orçamento ja tem 12 dias e até agora nada ! Detalhe a visita é paga e dizem abater no orçamento aprovado. Até agora sem orçamento quem dirá executar o serviço. Nunca mais caiam fora!. Infelizmente somos muito mau servidos no Brasil, mas no Rio de Janeiro o pior de todos.
I requested the budget already 12 days ago and so far nothing! Details the visit is paid for and they say they deduct from the approved budget. So far no budget, let alone run the service. Never fall out again! Unfortunately we are very poorly served in Brazil, but in Rio de Janeiro the worst of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo. Simplesmente prometem o que não tem condições de cumprir e não sabem fazer um simples orçamento.
Tive a infelicidade de encomendar umas pedras de granito pra fazer o acabamento da piscina bem como aplacar com a infiltração que estava dando em um dor quadros e além de me cobrarem caro ainda quiseram me cobrar a mais pelo boleamento das quinas algo que eu já havia pago. Me cobraram a mais tb pelo silicone utilizado.
Cuidado! Prometem um prazo de 3 dias pra finalizarem o serviço e além de não cumprirem gostam de se fazer de bobos e cobrarem a mais pelo serviço.
I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. They simply promise what they can't deliver and don't know how to make a simple budget.

They charged me more for the silicone used.
Watch out! They promise a period of 3 days to complete the service and in addition to not complying, they like to play fools and charge more for the service.
