Se não fosse minha filha pedir para ver, teria dado o presente no tamanho errado - e, o pior, vou ter que me deslocar até lá para trocar, pois não moro próximo ao shopping onde a loja está localizada
Distracted salespeople. I asked for a T-shirt for gift size 4. They gave me size 2. If it were not for my daughter to ask to see, I would have given the gift in the wrong size - and, worse, I will have to move there to change, since I do not live next to the mall where the store is located

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos duas camisas black friday,(Piticas shoping ABC santo André) e nao fomos informados que nao poderia trocar o tamanho. Uma delas ficou pequena e quando fomos trocar o vendedor além de má vontade não trocou, nem eu oferecendo para PAGAR A DIFERENÇA.
Imagino que é um franqueado sem nenhuma experiência de atendimento, pois eu não quis nada de graça, pagaria até pelo valor normal, ja que não me importo com a black friday, mas sim quero usar o produto, como outros que ja comprei lá. Mas o vendedor foi categórico, que cada loja piticas é um dono diferente e aqui no SHOPING ABC SANTO ANDRÉ ELE NAO TROCARIA NEM EU PAGANDO A DIFERENÇA. Pedi que ele convesasse com o dono "franqueado" e falasse que eu pagaria, mas o vendedor estava bem desmotivado.
Enfim, não compro mais lá.
A camisa? Nem sei, talvez usar como pano de chão, ja que não me serve.
We bought two black friday shirts, (Piticas shoping ABC santo André) and were not informed that we could not change the size. One of them became small and when we went to change the seller and grudgingly did not change, nor I offering to PAY THE DIFFERENCE.

Anyway, I don't buy there anymore.
The shirt? I do not know, maybe use as a floor cloth, since it does not fit me.
