★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pagar minha fatura hoje e pedi para a caixa ver quanto eu tinha de limite, ela me disse que não conseguia olhar ali e me passou para um rapaz , fui para uma mesinha com computador ele olhou e me disse vamos aumentar seu limite esse limite esta muito baixo, e eu falando que não que o que tinh já estava ótimo e eu já tinha outros cartões com limites muito bom, e ele insistindo, aí ele falou então vamos fazer um seguro e eu já aumento o seu limite, aí eu falei para ele, ué mas qual seria o valor do novo limite, e ele me disse só consigo ver depois que você aceitar o seguro, então quer dizer para aumentar um limite no qual eu não pedi eu sou obrigada a
Fazer seguro é isso, ele ficou todo sem graça e continuou insistindo, até que levantei e fui para o caixa pagar as minhas compras chegando no caixa , advinha, a caixa me ofereceu para pagar as compras começando em junho com pequenos juros., e eu dizendo que não que só queria em 2vezes mesmo com a primeira para abril, a caixa simplesmente fechou a cara rsrs, resumindo vou pagar a fatura a hora que chegar e cancelar esse cartão da riachuelo pois pratica de venda casada que eu saiba é ilegal, e é o que estão fazendo lá, riachuelo nunca mais......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Hoje 27/05/2022 após as 18:00 fui na loja e vi um kit de shampoo por 22,90 e uma necessaire por 49,90. Próximo ao caixa e já fui pagar, Primeiro a menina do caixa passou o kit de shampoo e passou por 25 mas ela viu que estava outro preço na etiqueta e deu o desconto cobrando o valor que contava na etiqueta. Depois foi passar a necessaire e sem falar nada falou que deu o total de mais de 90 reais. Achei estranho e questionei o valor pq 50 mais 23 ou até 25 fato menos que isso. Ela então chamou outra moça e essa veio falando que a etiqueta estava com uma sujeira que comprovava que foi retirado uma etiqueta com o valor correto. Já não gostei pq não gosto de coisa errada e eu nunca faria uma coisa dessa, falei então para ela pegar a imagem da câmera pq eu nunca faria um absurdo desse. Ela então disse que não estava me acusando mas que não poderia dar o desconto por conta dessa sujeira na etiqueta . Questionei se tem no código de defesa do consumidor que se tem uma sujeira na etiqueta não pode ser cobrado o valor que está na etiqueta e ela insistiu sobre a sujeira como eu não gosto de coisa errada e não tenho tempo para perder achei melhor deixar os produtos e não levar nada mas me senti muito mal atendida. Me admira essa loja no shopping abc com um atendimento tão precário assim. Me senti ofendida e não pretendo voltar a loja mas quero alertar as pessoas o nível de atendimento dessa loja.
Terrible attendance. Today 27/05/2022 after 18:00 I went to the store and saw a shampoo kit for 22.90 and a toiletry bag for 49.90. She then called another girl and this one came saying that the tag had a dirt that proved that a tag with the correct value was removed. I didn't like it anymore because I don't like the wrong thing and I would never do something like that, so I told her to take the image from the camera because I would never do such an absurdity. She then said that she wasn't accusing me but that she couldn't give the discount because of this dirt on the label. I asked if there is in the consumer protection code that if there is dirt on the label, the amount that is on the label cannot be charged and she insisted on the dirt as I don't like the wrong thing and I don't have time to waste I thought it was better to leave the products and not take anything but I felt very poorly attended. I am in awe of this store at the ABC mall with such poor service. I felt offended and I don't intend to go back to the store but I want to alert people to the level of service at this store.
