Very organized and well managed building! Several security guards in the inner area and doing rounds externally. Also the ibfra structure is far above average!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, pessoas que trabalham no prédio sem educação, cheio de normas, mas, qdo roubaram os apartamentos, não viram nada, não quiseram mostrar as imagem para os moradores roubados (disseram que não tinham), colocaram um aviso no elevador dizendo que eram boatos e que eles verificaram nas câmeras. Horrível o serviço e ineficaz.
Terrible, people who work in the building without education, full of standards, but when they stole the apartments, saw nothing, did not want to show the images to the stolen residents (they said they had not), put a notice in the elevator saying it was rumors and that they checked on the cameras. Horrible service and ineffective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Pituba privilege vale pela visão do mar e pela estrutura, gostei da área de lazer, enfim muito bonito!!!! Porém achei a recepção muito mal cuidada, com espelhos quebrados, portas de entrada precisando de reparos e precisando de pintura nas ferragem da frente do condômino. Achei a área de fora mal cuidada.Acho que quem tá a frente da administração deveria vê isso.
The Pituba privilege is worth the view of the sea and the structure, I liked the leisure area, so beautiful!!!!
