Dia 04/07/2020 estavamos reunidos entre família,e fizemos um pedido as 20:00,preparamos a mesa para aguardar o pedido que infelizmente não chegou....
Liguei para a pizzaria para as 22:00 e a atendente não teve nenhuma atitude para resolver o atrasado do meu pedido ...
Não estão preparados para atender pessoas...
PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO, LACK OF COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER ...

E quando vem errado eles querem que voce pague a entrega de novo para manda o pedido certo .
E quando falta ingredientes a atendente fala para você leva a pizza lá que eles colocam ...

A pizzaria fica à 6 minutos de moto da minha casa, pedi dois lanches, levou mais de 1 hora pra chegar e o pedido veio péssimo. Eu nunca vi um pedido tão mal feito quanto o meu. As batatas vieram murchas, com MUITO óleo, veio fria, o lanche também veio frio, com cheiro de óleo, o pão veio DESPEDAÇADO dentro da caixa, o alface veio PRETO, murcho. Horrível, não deram a opção de trocar de lanche, simplesmente falaram que iriam devolver o dinheiro. Eu já comprei mais de uma vez nessa pizzaria, uma vez fui mal atendida, uma vez ficaram rodando com meu pedido e quase entregaram no lugar errado, uma vez disseram que não tinha refrigerante na pizzaria e eu nunca vi pizzaria sem refrigerante. Mas um pedido tão mal feito foi a primeira vez. Perderam uma cliente, não compro mais nada nesse local!

The pizzeria is 6 minutes away by motorcycle from my house, I ordered two snacks, it took more than 1 hour to arrive and the order came in really bad. I've never seen a request as badly done as mine. The potatoes came withered, with LOT of oil, it came cold, the snack also came cold, with the smell of oil, the bread came SMASHED inside the box, the lettuce came BLACK, withered. Horrible, they did not give the option to change snacks, they simply said they would return the money. I already bought more than once in this pizzeria, once I was poorly served, once they were running with my order and almost delivered it in the wrong place, once they said there was no soda in the pizzeria and I never saw pizzeria without soda. But such a poor order was the first time. They lost a client, I don’t buy anything else in that place!
