★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouvi uma conhecida falar que a Pizza era muito saborosa, me animei para pedir, fiz o pedido as 20:40, fiz o pedido errado mas consertei, 21:00 fiquei esperando, esperando, esperando, fiz 4 ligações para central de atendimento esperando a entrega e nada, depois de 4 horas de espera desisti! Atendimento péssimo, total desrespeito com o cliente, não índico para ninguém, quer passar raiva pede uma pizza do Rão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa, porém a entrega sempre atrasa, e ninguém responde no chat. Mais de 1h e 40 min aguardando e qdo liga pra central dizem q o pedido está a caminho, e nunca chega. Alto número de pedidos porém o suporte para entrega dentro do prazo que informam não acompanha a demanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo após fazer o pedido 26650725 pelo App RAO na loja de Icaraí, e o pedido ser aceito pela a loja e informar pelo App que estava em preparo. Depois de 1h35min depois de ter passado 35min o limite para entrega liguei para o 0800 do RÃO e atendente Michele notificou a loja ... no mesmo momento da notificação quase duas horas apoia ter feito o pedido, por volta das 23h a RAO Icarai depois de ter aceitou, depois de ter informado que estava preparando, cancelou o pedido. Liguei novamente para o 0800 e atendente Ana informou que a loja havia canceladp que ela não poderia fazer nada.
Falta de respeito com cliente que tem recompras constantes em várias franquias do pizza do RAO... DEIXOU O CLIENTE ESPERANDO 2 HORAS COM FOME, CANCELOU O PEDIDO SEM JUSTO MOTIVO COM CLIENTE MORANDO A 15 MINUTOS DO BAIRRO DA LOJA
