★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou dar duas estrelas por conta do refrigerante que veio bem gelado e a pizza de chocolate, que é boa em comparação a pizza salgada.
Vamos por partes:
Massa: dura, grossa e sem sabor....
Queijo Mussarela: não tinha...
Tomate: verde e sem sabor...
Parmesão: sem sabor...
Então, somando uma pizza que a massa é ruim, o queijo não tem e o restante dos complementos que são ruins, não existe possibilidade de ficar boa qualquer pizza que seja. Precisei colocar SAL, isso mesmo, coloquei sal para tentar dar um sabor.
Não recomendo a ninguém pedir essa pizza. Existem outras pizzarias melhores com valor muito mais acessível. Se todos os clientes informarem esses problemas da franquia, ou eles melhoram ou eles fecham. Mas acho que quem está duvidando por conta do nome do Grupo Rão, peçam e não deixem de comentar.

Pasta: hard, thick and tasteless ....
Mozzarella cheese: had no ...
Tomato: green and tasteless ...
Parmesan: without flavor ...
So, adding a pizza that the dough is bad, the cheese doesn't have and the rest of the complements that are bad, there is no possibility of any pizza being good. I had to add SALT, that's right, I added salt to try to flavor it.
I don't recommend anyone to order this pizza. There are other better pizzerias with much more affordable value. If all customers report these franchise issues, they either get better or they close. But I think that anyone who is doubting because of the name of Grupo Rão, ask and do not stop commenting.

Pedi ontem pela segunda fez e novamente atrasou mais de 30 minutos e ainda tenho que ligar para saber se irá entregar, pois não atualizam as etapas do pedido no aplicativo. Funcionária Renata perdida na localização dos pedidos. Pizza boa, mas infelizmente não da para confiar (Esta avaliação foi feita há 10 meses). Segunda avaliação, hoje tentei pedir novamente, mas nova decepção, mais de 1 hora de atraso com reiterações na central (não tem telefone para a loja), se tivesse lido os comentários recentes não teria tentado. Gerente Paulo, pode procurar outra atividade porque essa não deu certo.

Second review, today I tried to order again, but another disappointment, more than 1 hour late with reiterations at the central (there is no phone to the store), if I had read the recent reviews I would not have tried. Manager Paulo, you can look for another activity because this one didn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendida. Pizza horrível. Pedi as 19:56 pelo Ifood a pizza chegou as 21:30 gelada, com um pouquíssima muçarela a de banana veio conforme a foto. Devolvi imediatamente e fui informada que fariam outra e entregariam. A pizza chegou 23:30 e pasmem errada. Pedi banana, chocolate preto e doce de leite e me entregaram com chocolate branco. Atendimento pós venda horrível. Não indico. Foi na pizzaria Rao do Méier.
I was poorly attended. Horrible pizza. I ordered at 19:56 for Ifood the pizza arrived at 21:30 cold, with a very little mozzarella and the banana came according to the photo. I returned it immediately and was told they would make another one and deliver it. The pizza arrived 23:30 and amazingly wrong. I ordered bananas, dark chocolate and dulce de leche and they delivered me with white chocolate. Horrible after sales service. I do not indicate. It was at the Rao do Meier pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 28/12/21 pedi duas pizzas médias. Uma de calabresa e outra de frango com Catupiry. A pizza de frango veio estragada. Liguei para a central do grupo Rão e abriram 3 chamados para a unidade Méier q só veio responder hj dia 03/01/22. O Gerente Paulo disse q iria mandar uma pizza gigante em forma de desculpas, sendo q ele disse q iria mandar a pizza eram 19:45 e chegou 22:20 e nada de pizza e todo momento ligando para a central, eles só pedem desculpas pois não é o padrão do grupo Rão e q a pizza já estava a caminho. Esse tempo todo. Já falei para o Sr Paulo e na central, não quero mais a pizza, eu quero meu dinheiro de volta.
On 12/28/21 I ordered two medium-sized pizzas. One pepperoni and one chicken with Catupiry. The chicken pizza was spoiled. I called the Rão group's central and they opened 3 calls to the Meier unit, which only came to answer today on 03/01/22. The Manager Paulo said he would send a giant pizza as an apology, and he said he would send the pizza it was 7:45 pm and 10:20 pm arrived and no pizza and every time he called the central, they just apologize because it's not the standard of the Rão group and the pizza was already on its way. All this time. I already told Mr Paulo and at the central, I don't want the pizza anymore, I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprar nesse lugar é o mesmo que jogar o dinheiro no lixo!!! O pedido veio faltando e o que veio, tava frio e parecia que estava revirado... Lamentável, pior que liguei pra reclamar e o gerente é ainda pior, é um mentiroso que não tem palavra. É tá ocupando um cargo de alguém que poderia ser útil... Pra mim deveriam fechar o lugar ou colocar funcionários que queiram trabalhar... De qualquer forma não gasto mais nenhum centavo lá...Espero que ninguém perca tempo comprando. Se o pedido vier faltando o gerente vai prometer enviar o que falta mas é tudo mentira!!!!
Buying here is like throwing your money in the trash!!! The order came missing and what came, it was cold and it looked like it was overturned... Regrettable, worse than I called to complain and the manager is even worse, he is a liar who has no word. It's occupying a position of someone who could be useful... For me, they should close the place or put employees who want to work... Anyway, I don't spend another penny there... I hope no one wastes time shopping. If the order is missing the manager will promise to send what is missing but it's all a lie!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido pelo Pizza Rão da unidade do meier pelo ifood no dia 21/03/2022, pedindo 1 pizza de 25x25cm, 1 fatia de 25x16 e refrigerante, logo pedido feito próximo ao horário de fechamento. A unidade em questão poderia ter realizado o cancelamento do meu pedido estariam no direito, porém o aceitaram, só que o pedido além de ter demorado para ser entregue veio faltando. O gerente da loja ligou para informar que o pedido não iria completo e que na quarta-feira dia 23/03 iria reenviar outro, mas como a demorar foi tanta para o pedido ser entregue, eu enviei uma mensagem ao gerente dizendo que optaria pelo meu dinheiro de volta. Não tive nenhuma resposta, então decidi ligar para a central para saber o que poderia ser resolvido. Disseram que iriam notificar a loja em questão para resolver meu problema e nada. Mandei mensagem para o motoboy que fez a entrega perguntando se não poderia ser feita a devolução do dinheiro, em seguida o gerente me ligou, disse a ele que eu não estava no endereço na quarta feira que ele queria me entregar o pedido, preferiria o dinheiro de volta, mas mais uma vez sem nenhuma resposta. Hoje dia 24/03/2022 mandei uma mensagem ao gerente para saber se ele poderia enviar o pedido, já que o dinheiro provavelmente não será devolvido e até as 23:41h sem resposta, apenas visualiza minha mensagem. Nunca mais volto a consumir neste lugar, primeira experiência e sendo péssima. Só quero que resolvam meu caso, pois paguei pelo pedido, não foi de graça não!
I placed an order for Pizza Rão from the meier unit through ifood on 03/21/2022, ordering 1 pizza of 25x25cm, 1 slice of 25x16 and soda, so I ordered close to closing time. The unit in question could have canceled my order, they would have been in the right, but they accepted it, but the order, in addition to taking a long time to be delivered, was missing. The store manager called to inform that the order would not be complete and that on Wednesday 23/03 he would resend another one, but as it took so long for the order to be delivered, I sent a message to the manager saying that I would choose mine. money back. I didn't get any response, so I decided to call the center to see what could be resolved. They said they would notify the store in question to resolve my issue and nothing. I sent a message to the motoboy who made the delivery asking if the money could not be returned, then the manager called me, told him that I was not at the address on Wednesday that he wanted to deliver the order to me, he would prefer the money back, but again with no response. Today 03/24/2022 I sent a message to the manager to know if he could send the order, since the money will probably not be returned and until 23:41 pm no response, just view my message. I will never consume in this place again, first experience and being terrible. I just want them to solve my case, because I paid for the order, it wasn't free!
